Very clean, across from the Dixie Stampede, but the Main Street is crowded. The rooms are great! The pool is loaded with kids so as an adult couple we avoided it. The breakfast area is crowded, go early! If I went back to the area, as an adult couple, I would stay in Gatlinburg near the area with Ole Red and Jason Aldeans. But overall, the hotel is great for a family.

01-15-2024 Friendly advice do not stay here. Front desk Manager, Mark is very rude and has a smart mouth. He was rude when we checked in but I was nice anyway and told him to have a nice night. We carry all our luggage and shopping bags in the cold and freezing rain to our room.We leave for site seeing and to play in the snow. We come back to our room and the heat isn't working. It's 25 degrees outside so you can imagine how cold it is in our room. Two gentlemen came in an out of our room 6 or 7 times trying to repair heater so by this time we are putting our coats, gloves, and hats on bc its so cold. We call Mark at front desk and he had the audacity to tell me that we were just trying to cause trouble for him and hangs up. So I call back he was argumentive and very rude. We were the ones cold, aggravated, blood pressure elevated and having to pack up 10 bags plus luggage and moving in the freezing weather to another room. I have never been talked to like that in all my 63 year's. Mark made it clear that it was not his problem and he didn't care if we were inconvenience or not He also stated that he didn't care who we called. I called customer relations and left a message. I want to see if they are as rude as Mark. Me and 23 church members were coming back in February. Guess what, another hotel will get our money. Sorry for the long post but I'm very hurt, upset and disappointed. MARK DOES NOT need to be in customer service on any level!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was great. The room had a musty smell, but the beds were very comfortable. The water gets extremely hot. The pool burned my eyes.

This hotel was so good to us, let us check in early the room was literally spotless, beds were super comfy. The pool was warm and clean! We watched the pool guy immediately go check the chemical levels as soon as 10pm hit & they closed the pool for the night, witch told us they actually keep up with the levels to keep it so clean! I have zero complaints & will stay in this hotel again some day!

The breakfast area was way too small and did not enjoy food. It was just plain room, which was nice and desk help was good. Do not waste the extra on the fireplace it's just for

Nice pool, very good hotel breakfast, a real time and money saver when you have a few grandkids. The only knock for this trip were the people smoking outside their rooms, nice enough people, but it's a bit much. Years ago everyone smoked and you didn't notice, but now it's different and is a little harder to tolerate.

We usually stay at a different hotel but they were under construction so we decided to give this one a try. We were so glad we did. It's such a nice hotel. I almost don't want to review it or tell anyone about it. Lol The staff was welcoming and friendly. We loved the indoor pool and whirlpool. They have plenty of towels for the pool, and a place to put them when you're done. The room was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room and the beds were comfy and clean. Close to all attractions and plenty of restaurants and entertainment. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plenty to choose from. They have a different breakfast everyday. They have snack/drink/ice machines as well. We will definitely be going back.

Unfortunately we found bed bugs in our room. I was woken up at 3am with horrible bites on my arm. We actually found a bug in our bed and took it to the lady working in the front office. She was very nice and understanding. Very apologetic. We would’ve left then but it being 3am and on New Years weekend, there was nothing available anywhere. Best she could do was get us a room the next day. We were supposed to stay until January 1. We had to be in Bryson City for the train so our other room was ready when we returned. Thankfully no issues with that room. However, we were told by management that one night would be refunded to us. Sadly we found out that was not the case when we returned. Since only one bug was found upon inspection they will not honor what they agreed to. Now .. we all know there’s always more than one. We were really disappointed with our stay and ended up leaving early. Will not return.Rooms: I have said all I can about our room.

I got a little worried with the reviews here, I usually stay in higher ranked hotels, but the hotel was clean, beds, bathroom were clean, and had a very sizeable refrigerator - which was a plus for us and a microwave. The pool and jacuzzi were being cleaned - so we didn't use them - probably a bit outdated- but ok overall for the price and location.
