Big Top Arcade is a smaller, not very large arcade facility. The atmosphere is decent and the place is always nice and clean, though one visit noted a terrible smell of fake air freshener. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and provide amazing customer service. The prices to play the games are very affordable and budget friendly, with most games costing $1 per play, though some fun games are closer to $3 per person and one is $5 per person. The games were typical arcade games, but there is a noted lack of shooting games, with only one standard option, limiting options for younger ages. There are many claw or crane machines and ticket games. Some guests feel the claw machines are very hard to win, made harder by an added barrier, and that it is not worth the price. While some had a great time, others felt there isn't a ton for younger kids to play and would recommend trying another arcade for children aged 4-7. Points can be saved for prizes, but there is a complaint about a lack of higher points prizes, as nicer higher ticket items were removed. Ticket redemption yields smaller items like plastic toys and candy. Some minor maintenance issues were present. A serious complaint involves a very disappointing lost and found policy, where a lost, expensive item was thrown away broken less than 24 hours after being left, creating a horrible memory despite an otherwise fun visit. Overall, some would visit again and recommend it, while others would not go back and wouldn't recommend it.
Great arcade! The staff are very friendly, and the prices to play the games are very affordable. Some minor maintenance issues were present, but this was overall a nice facility I would visit again!

Smaller arcade with mostly $1 plays for the claw/crane machines. Very hard to win and made harder by a taller barrier that they added to the standard barrier. Not worth the price for me but my kid had fun.

It's an arcade, if you like arcades you will like it, if you don't like arcades, don't go in..
