Deceptive pricing!!
We bought an almost $600.00 pair of boots. The total that was verbally given to us, on the register, and the credit card keypad was $581 and change. However our credit card was charged $599 and change. When we called to ask why, we were told there was a 3% “administrative fee” and that there was a sticker on the credit card machine about it. They were very quick to give the answer, didn’t even let us finish asking about it, so clearly they have this issue All. The. Time.
Love the boots but would never buy there again, feel like we were taken advantage of. If they had been up front about it, we might have bought the boots elsewhere.
Stages West, by the way, also had great boots and offer discounts to teachers… just saying.

Just bought my wife a pair of boots at Boot Junkies. Jose was such a nice salesman I asked if I could write him a recommendation. I used to work in sales with John Deere and know what a good salesman means to a business. Wanted to write this so his boss would know what a great employee he has. Keep up the great work. Being nice and personable to a customer is key in making a sale.

Amazing customer service from Nocona. I contacted him about what Anderson Bean Boots he had in my size. He drove to all 3 location's and found all the boot's they had in my size and sent me pic's of them. Paid over the phone and was quickly shipped to me. Couldn't be happier.

Would not recommend boots way over priced for what they are made out of and then they tell you a price to find out they charged me a 5 dollar fee for checking me out on top of the price and taxes

I loved Boot Junkies! They had a unique selection of women’s boots. It was hard to decide what to try on. Fabulous choice of clothes—jeans, blouses and hats. Though I do wish there had been more variety of women’s cowboy hats. I would definitely recommend shopping here! Clean store. The associates were welcoming and knowledgeable.
