Poor clarification - credit card price is 10 cents higher than advertised. Considering BP's whole selling point is a 15 cents/gallon discount, I don't think this is a good practice

Bait and switch - gas is 10c per gallon higher if using a credit card. Broken sign only flashes part of that info once every 20 seconds or so.
