I was in the store approximately a week ago . I bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. They didn't have her size but she assured me she could order them and have them mailed to her home . I wasn't sure about doing this but she told me I could , against my better judgement I did . After leaving the store I realized she had never ask me her name . Went back to store again I was assured the name didn't matter it would still go to her .She said they would be mailed in three to four days . Well we've been back a week. Still no shoes . So I'm out the shoes and the money . I knew it was a mistake but she was so sure it wasn't a problem I
was convinced it would be okay . . At this point all I can do is call corporate office and make a complaint and the BBB . So I guess just a word of warning DO NOT DO THIS . No matter how much you are told it will be okay . Money is so tight now and things cost so much she should be ashamed to take advantage of a customer this way .

Stopped at the Carter's store in Pigeon Forge. Totally different than the Tanger Mall store. Was greeted and asked if I could be helped and they DID help. They were so kind and helpful. Will definitely return. Thank you girls.
