Was told check-in was 3:30 but when I got there around 4:00, they said the room still wasn't ready and I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. They then say I'm at another location across the creek. Room was drafty due to bad or lack of weatherstripping around the doors. The HVAC blower kept blowing out the curtains also. Also, my son about fell in the toilet cause the seat was extremely loose. I mentioned all these issues to them and also requested extra towels. They replied that the would send maintenance and take care of it. We was out all day and returned that evening with only the towels.I rated it a 2 because the place was actually pretty clean.

Very nice looking motel and the rooms look nice from a distance, nice updates but a closer look shows very poor repairs.Clean sheets, but they need fabric softner desperately. The location is nice , right on the river.Im a 3 star hotel guy minimum as a rule ...So would i stay here again? For the price (very reasonable) , the hospitality and the location... yes i would.Overall, its a motel, but a pretty decent one.I also didn't notice any mildew or smells like some of the comments, but im guessing that has a lot to do with the time of yearThe town is beautiful, especially during Christmas

We LOVE this place. I've stayed here numerous times. This was a first for my wife (celebrating our honeymoon). We love it do much, that we extended our honeymoon and extra day. The staff from check in to checkout were superior. Justin and the night manager were able to get us a discounted rate for our extended day. We love the buffet breakfast. (That is another reason we choose to continually stay here). Our room had the Jacuzzi tub, and it made the stay perfect. The only complaint that I can come up with, is the beds are a little on the firm side to our liking. Again, no ones fault, just our preference is a softer mattress. The view from the balcony is wonderful, and it's far enough from the parkway, that traffic noise is minimal. If your looking for an awesome staff, delicious breakfast, great view of the river, at an affordable price. Book now.Nearby activities: The location is at the very tail end of Piegeon Forge, so everything form Dolly Stampede to The Old Mill, to the Island is just a short drive. It's also 10 minutes from Gatlinburg.

We were in their second building, huge room, 2 TV's, a private balcony overlooking the creek. It's a very peaceful stay, just seconds off the Parkway and all that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forfe has to offer! Minutes from Dollywood (although some traffic woes can still make it a 30 minute trip) Free breakfast available.Rooms: Large room with 2 TVs and a private balcony.Nearby activities: Close to everything, Literally minutes from most places!! Traffic not withstanding of course.Food & drinks: Free breakfast available.

We loved the location and view of the river. The room was just OK. It was clean but definitely in need of some updating. The bathroom was so small! This hotel has a ton of potential if the right attention is given to it. The outside looks nice and like it has been painted recently. There is only 1 elevator to service the entire building as well, so the wait for a ride up or down can also be long.

Not what I had hoped for. The room smelled like old motel room. The walls and ceilings are cracked and run down. Definitely needs a remodel. Bathroom in between the two queen beds is tiny. The toilet seat was barely hanging on. Did have great water pressure and the bathtub was clean. The mattresses were stiff and squeaked. The back window over looking the creek needs replaced and the curtains were gross. Walls seem thin and was noisy. Girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Definitely give it a 2 star.Nearby activities: Conveniently located.

My family of four stayed in a two queen bed room. It was clean, had good lighting, had two chairs, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, there was a good selection and the dining room was very clean. Yes the bathroom is small but it’s manageable. The only real concern is the railing on the balcony. The openings between the spindles are just wide enough that a small toddler can possibly fit through. I only mention it as a heads up to other family’s. Just be aware. We would definitely stay at Creekstone Inn again in the future. It’s close to everything and very reasonably priced.

I was quite satisfied when I went last year with my mother. This place is close to great places like The island and park which is nice. The river and geese in the morning are always a joy to see. If I go back to Tennessee I will be looking forward to staying here once more.

Wonderful location, close to many attractions and fun family activities. Loved the riverside balcony with comfortable rocking chairs. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the rushing water. Very relaxing and quiet. The outdoor pool area is a nice addition. The breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage and potatoes. The servers were very nice and eager to assist you. They also had pancakes, biscuits and gravy, grits and oatmeal. A very nice selection of juices as well. Overall it's a great place to stay. Free parking in a covered garage also a plus. Can't wait to come back!!

We stayed at Creekstone Inn for one week. The room was very nice. We loved the balcony overlooking the creek. We enjoyed feeding the geese and mallards each day. The continental breakfast and pool were nice. Staying in Pigeon Forge was wonderful.Nearby activities: We were a short drive to attractions. We drove to Gatlinburg a couple times and drove through the Smoky Mountains twice. The hotel was nearby.

The room we were placed was across the creek in the back building. The room was clean but it had so much mildew that we could not stay. Everything was damp and made it hard to breathe. We checked in a little after 3pm and carried our things into the room then left and did not return until 9:30pm. At that point we knew we could not sleep there so we checked out and were still charged for the full night. I feel that wasn’t fair. Lesson learned. Hopefully Management will check out the room and install a dehumidifier before placing other guest in the room we were given. This makes me sad because it used to be my favorite place to stay many years ago!

This is a good place if you like tubing down the creek, they have an outdoor pool but no other water amenities, no fitness center, no laundry facility. Breakfast was blah, consisting of “very” scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and a broken pancake machine. Two ladies serving your food which no one needs. No original half-and-half for coffee just the sweet syrupy flavored ones. Clean room, but super tiny bathroom. Nice balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the creek but EVERY time I went out on it I was gagged by nearby cigarette smoke from other guests smoking on their balconies. Unless you plan to just use the room for sleeping bring food to feed the ducks from your balcony, that is about the only fun at this place. Does have a safe in room and good Wi-Fi. Room key deactivated twice in a two night stay which is a huge pet peeve of mine especially when the office is across the street! Hotels seriously need to come up with a better idea for room keys. They have the worst type of baggage carts causing me to make more than one trip to get my belongings to the room, the kind that don’t have anywhere to hang bags.
