My husband an I ran in to pickup some over the counter medicine. Logan was at the register and waited on us. When I tell you I am a sucker for awesome customer service. Logan provided just that. I wish you could bottle and sell his awesomeness. He would make an excellent trainer for younger people getting started. Thanks Logan for making our day and providing exemplary service.

The employees in the location suck!They are very rude&discriminated against my daughter and myself all because we have tattoos and piercings.We were in this location on our way out of town on March20,2025 at 2:00 pm and all 3 employees were following us around the store while we were trying to shop,then when it’s time to check out one of the Karen employees was talking to some other male employee&the old Karen one was watching us from 2 aisles over,a lady was already at self checkout &the other self check out was card only&my daughter was paying cash,so I told her go to the regular register as the other lady was just standing around flirting with the other male employee,we walk over there she looks at us laughs&walks away to talk more with the guy then the head Karen comes over and tells us she can’t ring us up bc she’s putting the truck away,I said fine and left my stuff on the counter but my daughter was buying an overpriced sweatshirt for her bf,so she proceeds to go to self check out since Karen refused to wait on us & jerks the sweatshirt out of my daughters hand&said she’s not aloud to ring that up at u scan,keep in mind she refused to wait on us.Then just mumbles something under her breath and rings it up,not even allowing my daughter to scan the cvs card or get the proper coins out for the change portion,meanwhile the other karen&the guy she was flirting with were laughing at us like something was funny.If this is what this CVS wants to call employees and wants representing their store so be it I will NEVER step foot on this location again(and we’re in Pigeon Forge every other month)I sincerely hope they don’t discriminate all their customers like they did to us.

Employees were super rude. Ignored a women with sick children. And would not give any help. The second shift supervisor told them it was his problem and would not unlock the restrooms for them to use.

Rude staff. Stood around talking while ignoring the fact I needed to check out . Told my kids husband there was no restroom and proceeded to tell someone else where the restroom was. I get it, it's a tourist town but do better.

My son needed a prescription filled for an ear infection. It took 10 minutes in and out and we couldn’t have been happier! Thank you for making this easy for us! My son is already feeling so much better. Will be returning on next vacation for our needs?

I came up on 12/23 from Florida. I am a diabetic and left all of my insulin home. Long story short... Haria, the Pharmacist at this location is AMAZING. There is alot to be said about Customer service now a days, but she is really phenomenal and compassionate. They were SO busy but she took time to make sure I was taken care of. My insurance was going to charge me $450.00 for enough to get me through my trip, but she told me about how my insurance would cover a vacation supply once a year. I never knew this. Needless to say, they didn't accept my type of insurance but Walgreens did. She made sure the prescription was faxed over. When I got to Walgreens they said they didn't have it. CVS had already been closed a few minutes, but thank God she was still in the store and took my call. She called over and made sure everything was good. Thank God for this lady. She doesn't realize what a blessing she was to me in my time of trouble. I dontknow if her Supervisor will ever see this, I sure hope so because they truly have a jewel in this Pharmacy. .

Bad experience here. The employees are rude and wouldn't let us use the bathroom. They have blockades to prevent customers from using their fully functional bathrooms. The employees simply do not want to clean the bathrooms. The big tall guy with the neck beard, you know the one who looks like he could use a gym membership and hasn't even seen a girl in about ten years and that was his mom. (My brother saw her last night too.) He physically blocked my brother from going to the bathroom even though it was an emergency! Please fix this immediately! Walgreens needs to go ahead and buy this place out and fire all of the employees because they aren't terrible!

I came here today looking for an OTC medicine. I was having trouble finding it so I asked for help. A very nice employee said she would be happy to show me where it was. Excellent customer service!
