Roy was awesome. I told him I was in need of a sport coat. He told me the size coat I needed without measuring. I told him he reminded me of the tailor I went to when I was a kid. Roy also suggested a shirt and pocket square that I happily bought. He is a customer-focused member of your company. It was a great experience all around. Thank you Roy!

I went to this location yesterday, Saturday July 26 around 3:45 to 4 pm. The associate working, Roy, could have cared less about helping anyone. There were 3 or 4 groups of people shopping and he would sit behind the counter and complain about having to fix the clothes after everyone had been in the store.
I asked about a jacket that was on a mannequin and he said that's all we have. No let me look or anything. He did tell everyone I can order it for you and have it mailed to you free. Again, he did not want to get up and help anyone.
After this we walked out . I can say this, I was at this location 2 weeks prior and there was a female associate working and she was helping everyone and looking for items for people.
She needs to train Roy or Roy needs a new job.

Dont go in there! He is anal retentive! You cant touch anything or he will get on to you! He got on to everyone in the store! Suck the life out of shopping in two seconds! Wont be back

Been shopping DXL for several years. The staff has always been very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for big and tall clothing. They do carry a top quality, clothing, name brands.

Store was clean & organized, but customer service needs work. The guy, (Roy) working was on phone about not getting survey but while we need help he kept holding his finger up & walking around or wouldn't help. After I explained it was rude & he stated he was talking to corporate. I think corporate should want him to help the customer?? We purchase $230 + only due to sizes offered not service!

Pigeon Forge TN location. We were treated with Total Disrespect. Awful associate who was working that day. I could not even carry on a conversation with other people I was with. We asked nicely the first 2 times to be left alone and if we had any questions we would let him know HOWEVER he kept on and on and on and on and on and on inserting himself into our conversation. Even after we told him to just STOP. He would not let us look through the clothing like he did not want us to touch anything. The associate working the day we were there has absolutely NO business working in retail. We have NEVER been treated so awful in any of your other stores, and we do intentionally look for DXL locations when ever we travel. However we will not ever step foot in this location again because of this employee.
