“CPR Pigeon Forge definitely go to for repairs. What happened was my phone
Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra got cracked on edge and then display stopped working after few hours. Went to CPR Pigeon Forge, Z gave me 2 options ethier aftermarket or OEM replacement, so I thought why not do Aftermarket because it was cheaper but once he fixed with aftermarket I wasn't happy at first because screen was lit bit
smaller and also I am deaf and visual was a must for me to communicate, So Z was willing change it to OEM. We came back the next day and when he got OEM on it, it was defective by one little green line and it was a factory defect. The OEM was last one, so I told him I need to have a working phone so I decided for him to change back to aftermarket so I can move on with my phone issues on this vacation to enjoy myself. I am happy with it since Z fixed everything like 4 times in 2 days. He was very patient with me and didn't charge me extra or anything but with extra time he put in for me to be a happy and satisfied customer!!!”
