I have been a paint contractor for over 15 years and I have had nothing but the best service at this store all thanks to Cheryl. She always helps me with whatever I need and bends over backwards and goes out of her way to make things happen for me. She is such a great hard worker and is very knowledgeable at recommending me products. If she was to leave, I will take my business elsewhere.

Service is the best from any paint store in area.. They have everything from a contractor grade to high end supplies paint is good an covers well. Best paint store in sevier county by far. Thanks guys

They never ran out of supplies during the entire raw material shortage and the service is amazing.
Steve is Absolutely the best at running a store and David & Danny are a great support as well.

Bought some deck stain and some floor paint there last Summer. The stuff matched real good, covered like a champ and has held up well. No fading or peeling at all. Great price too.
Why would anyone go to Sherwin Williams???They are way overpriced and the box stores can't match existing colors like these guys can.

Spoke with corporate office about a paint sample and they sent me here in error, instead of Sevierville store. However, while I was there, the young guy at the counter was whole unhelpful. Didnt offer a solution for me, didnt know the address of the other store. Half hearted customer service. Lacking basic company knowledge.
