Horrible experience. The Indian lady at the cashier today was extremely rude when I asked her about doing a return using the Fedex service. The staff needs proper training ( when I asked the other lady to show me the wrapping paper isle she reluctantly pointed to the aisle with an attitude) the website for fedex pigeon forge says that they accept QR codes or they will print your label for you. I gave her my QR code and she told me that the location doesn’t accept it, she then waved her barcode reader over my phone and said “see, it doesn’t work here(I used it here in the past so did that change too?) I said fine. I can print the label, she told me they don’t print labels there. Since when?? Then she is sending me to the fedex in Sevierville also noting that they’re closed on a Sunday, Today is Sunday 🫠.

I’m not sure if this is the place to post this, but we were visiting from out of town at some shops around the Old Mill area and were completely disgusted with the way a FEDEX driver handled a situation. First off he was wearing nothing on his person to indicate that he was FEDEX, then the store owner kindly asked him to put on a mask and he said he didn’t have one. She offered to give him one and he said rudely said I’m not putting one on, I’ll leave your packages out front or you can accept that I’m not wearing one and I’ll bring them in.I’m so angry because according all public notices are saying there is a mandatory mask order in place. But for that driver to be rude like that, I think It needs to be a company enforcement where their workers can be disciplined if they don’t follow mandated orders.Customer service is obviously NOT a concern for this worker and who else knows who he has been rude to.
