This place sucks and the owners will rip you off. Ripped me out of 20$ I’ll be sure to dispute the transaction.

Large selection but had a hard time finding anything good in a XL. Finally found a shirt and when I got home I wore it for only a few hours before I noticed the logo on the front had started to rip open as if it hadn't been ironed on well. Picture is after I picked the lose part of before it spread.

this place is not good. when i came there was only one gator. but it was locked in a tiny cage. if your place is called gator land, then why don’t you have gators that are in good condition ?? also, the hermit crabs here obviously haven’t been treated well. quite a few were dead. they didn’t have any water with them. the staff here was also awful. 0/10 wouldn’t reccomend.

Tourist trap!! Had good deal on beach towels tho!! Way over priced and come on is it fair to say 9$ and less when 2xl shirts are like 17-25$ dollars dang joke! Another thing there is no gator!! Only reason we went in is my little girl saw the gator and wanted to see one!!

This and many stores on the strip here are all the same. They use the animals as a gimmick to get people in the store but all of the merchandise is the same tired tourist crap and there's a tiny tank with one caiman in it that probably should be in something bigger. There's a sign that says not to hit the glass or else it will stress out the gator baby but you know dang well hillbilly kids are gonna come in there when it's busy and their hillbilly parents are gonna let them bang on that glass to their hearts content. They sell tons of gross Trump merch (like a bunch of other places in the south, shocking

Was lured into this souvenir shop by our young kids due to live alligators. To our surprise and shock directly as you walk in the front and center of the store you see a t-shirt with the old president giving the middle finger to the new president with some choice words. Not appropriate for a family place like Pigeon Forge and a souvenir shop off the main stip. Needless to say we did not buy anything and walked out. Inappropriate to show something like this. We respect everyone's political choice and opinion, but let’s keep in classy and family friendly. This place is neither of that.

All the same stuff you can get anywhere else in town, but this time with added sadness of as far as I could tell one lonely alligator hiding under a waterfall in a tank that was probably too small. I assume this is owned by the same people who own Jaws, which also made me sad.

This store is terrible there aren’t any gators and the hermit crabs are all dead with no water no salt water and no proper care. I really hope that it gets shut down because the hermit crabs are all dead with painted shells and horrible care.I talked to the manager and it did nothing I can’t believe this place.I would rate it no stars but unfortunately I cant. I was about to buy 50 dollars of things until i found the hermit crabs.

As in live alligators, they mean 1 alligator in a small enclosure.. they have mostly beach gear, clothes, etc. in the mountains…. Makes no sense. Also they have dead baby sharks in jars for sale..

This place is a joke. The workers are completely disrespectful. Go to a store that is locally owned!! I understand they don’t have public restrooms but I just politely asked if my 3 year old could use the restroom real fast and the worker told me to take her outside and pee in the parking lot. If I could rate a 0 I would. Spend your money else where.
