Only 1 nice pharmacist there was told my pain medication had to be ordered could pick up the next day at 12 called next day at 12 was told couldn't be filled till the next day unless doctor called and told them to release it a day early have 1 pill left will wake up next day completely out and have to wait on them to fill it before I can pick it up but I am scheduled to be at hospital at 6 am to have a precedure to have a port put in my shoulder for my chemo treatment which will follow this surgery followed by test have no idea when I can pick up medication they show no compassion and are rude in the process I have had this problem with them many times I don't know why I still use them like I have for years I guess it's time to go somewhere else and would recommend everyone else to how and why they have some of these people working there is a mystery I would not hire or have some of them working for me!!!!

I had a perception sent here and they were very efficient at getting it filled in a very timely manner. However the staff was unfortunately unable to be nice. I would recommend get meds here, but don’t expect the staff is going to be kind to you. That’s like I said, unfortunate.

Excellent service you get all informations by texting communication works ???Can't complain ? you got an insurance you cannot complain plus you can do your shopping at the same time until 8 p.m.!

Walked in the door and we were told they close in 5 mins. No problem, we need 3 things. We were told 6 more times in the store they were about to close. Boxes and crap all in the aisles. Rude employees.

Store purposely doesn't carry smaller sizes of certain things like sugar etc, also put high prices on spices etc to harpoon you being a tourist. Food City is also around here and it is cheaper in almost every way. Putting this out there to help some other visitors to the area.

Very nice smaller size Kroger. very well stocked especially for the traffic it gets with tourism. Our cashier Elizibeth was very nice and charming. we always go here when visiting.

It's a hometown grocery store near a tourist area, the selection is good and we go to this location on every visit. The staff is friendly and the deli is large. Prices are not inflated due to location. The only complaint would be the alcohol selection yet they have a good selection of beer and wine.
