“Perfect little laundry stop for anyone on the AT or around Gatlinburg. Loads are affordable, they do sell detergent and other products and the place was incredibly clean. Julie (the all-star employee) is an absolute sweetheart. We came up from Tampa to get out of the way of Hurricane Milton and Julie was our saving angel as she helped us out with getting our laundry done…no charge!! This was a beautiful act of kindness my family will never forget. Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for this humble woman and her laundry service. We love you Julie!”
“I am a customer of this laundry and it is always clean, tidy and its service is excellent. What should be avoided is that the same person uses all the machines at the same time with accessories from their work or company, everyone has their time and space to to be able to wash clothes, and when you get there you find all the machines full, and the chairs full of clothes to be folded, there must be space for everyone.”

“I'm a camper who stopped in to run a few loads. I found the facility clean and efficient. $2 to wash and $1 to dry is reasonable. Machines not working were clearly marked. Nice to see cameras in the right areas. Owner left his number on wall for questions or help. I liked the place and will go back. Thumbs up to the owners!! You did well!”
