Rude employees, definitely don’t expect good customer service here! Also apparently they change their hours when they want to and once they take your money they don’t care how much trouble it is for you to pick up your purchase!

Wore one time on our car ride back home from Tennessee and it completely fell apart. Very sad as I don’t live in state and I asked lots of questions on how they hold up, how to care for it as they don’t sew on patches, they just heat press. The edges were questionable upon pickup but assured my husband it was perfectly fine. I’m just sad at what a waste of money this was and how excited I was to wear it…

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased several items from the store and spent considerable money. I was extremely unhappy with the embroidery on ONE of the items and asked for it to be redone. The monogram was completely off center and way too low. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The staff was completely rude and didn't care that I was unhappy with the finished project. I asked for a manager and was told they didn't have anyone in charge today. She basically tossed me a business card with a purchasers information on it. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Avoid this store at all costs. There are plenty of other monogram places

Dropped off a coat to have monogrammed. Told the girl exactly what needed to be on the coat. Was made to pay before I got the finished product. Went back to pick it up and they had messed up the coat and put the wrong lettering on it. Lady that was working said there was nothing they could do, wouldn't refund my money or offer to fix it. Ruined my $50 coat and said there was nothing she could do. This is poor customer service and your mistake. Told me that the girl was supposed to read me some disclaimer, which she didnt, stating that if it was messed up it wasn't their fault. How is it not your fault when you mess it up. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

We went to store today and I do not recommend this store I paid for a sweat shirt paid for monogram I picked out grey thread and it was written on my ticket. My husband went back to pick up and they had white thread on the monogram, one of the young girls told my husband they would give me back the 5.99 back on the thread and fix me another shirt correctly but it would be another 20 minutes. So we got them to fix another shirt, 30 minutes later she brought out the shirt and asked her about the 5.99 back, she said that was only if I took the white thread. I did not make the mistake the store did.

I visited the Monogram Boutique today and was so excited when I saw the store as I rounded the corner at The Island. Quickly I was disappointed as they don’t carry over a size XL in women’s sizes. I looked at all the racks and nothing for a plus size women. In this day and age you would think a store would try to include everyone. I would have spend a decent amount of money if I would have had an option for me.

Very cool place with a very diverse variety of collectables and necessities to choose from. Huge variety of shirts, sweatshirts, bags of all kinds, purses, cups, bottles, jewelry and more! The staff was certainly busy monogramming away but were helpful. All that they offer was well beliw the price that i thought it would have been, this was a very good choice for us to stop and shop.

My daughter and I picked out a cute yellow hoodie, ordered the monograming and paid. Picked up the sweatshirt an hour later. The employee briefly showed me the monograming and it looked great. We got home and my daughter took it out of the bag and found a big ink stain to the left of the pocket. I called and was told that I could bring the sweatshirt back, but there were no guarantees they could do anything. Called back a second time and offered to send a picture (since we have an early departure, a car show in town has traffic backed up, etc) of the stain and asked for a refund. The employee stated if she gave me a refund, she would get fired, but gave me the name of the manager and told me to “Facebook messenger” her. I gave the employee my phone number and asked her to have the manager call me. I hung up, messaged the manager and never heard a word. In my humble opinion, that is horrible. We called as soon as we returned to our cabin…tags still attached and all. Clearly, not a business who values their customers or stands behind their product. Not to mention, the sweatshirt we picked was the one on display. We clearly would’ve noticed an ink stain. Spend your souvenir dollars someplace else….awful customer service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 star boutique and customer service! Great place, great staff, great selection! On December 9th my husband and I were visiting Pigeon Forge and stopped in. My hubby bought me a pocketbook and matching wallet purse. Got home 4 hours away and took the pocketbook out and found one strap that wasn’t sewn right and almost broken off. I contacted the store and they were so sweet, helpful, kind. I was just going to ask if I send it to them to be fixed and have them mail back to me but instead they offered and sent me a brand new pocketbook in place of the broken one! They paid for shipping, they sent me a new monogrammed pocketbook within 5 days of when I sent them pictures of broken pocketbook and my receipt and they communicated with me the whole 5 days of getting new bag done and mailed to me. They checked with me twice before monogramming the new bag to double check the thread color and initials. I’ve never had customer service so wonderful and I wanted to say thank you to The Monogram Boutique at the Island in Pigeon Forge, TN and God bless them for being a company that cares for their customers!

I purchased a shirt from them and it was 3 sizes smaller than it was marked when I got home with it. Because it was monogrammed the manager wouldn’t do anything about it. I had to pay postage to return it to them so she could see it. They are the worst people I’ve ever done business with. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON’T SHOP THERE! They are located at The Island in Pigeon Forge!
