Poor service, im sad to say. We poured the bead candles and the lady at checkout was not only rude, but wrapped them up with zero care and made a mess of the way we put together the products. Very disappointed. $ wasted.

We can best describe the Old Flames Candles shop as a full service candle company. They sell premade candles, but also have staff that will custom build candles. If you prefer they also have tanks of molten wax in various colors and you may did your own. A fun place to get candles are just watch others having fun.

In the 70s my grandparents owned a shop in San Diego carving these custom candles just like Old Flame. Omgosh it brought back amazing memories ...Old Flame is so heart filled with custom dips you do yourself, to jars and melts unique to Dollywood. I'm in love.
