Lovely selection of yummy goodies. Jams, cookies, muffins, soup mixes, olive oil and vinegars. They also have kitchen decor, candles, and more. Staff was friendly too.

Everyone has always told us to try Old Mill so finally we did. We had an hour wait time but it seemed to go by fast. The food was okay and service was great. Its not a resturant that I would add to my yearly list but one you should try once.

So much to look at incredible selection of spices ,mixes, jams , jelly ect.. very fair priced.. customer service was lacking as the lady behind the counter was kind of rude..oh well maybe she was having a bad day so we will give her a pass this time.....to be continued.

Selection of cookware, spices and caned goods were plentiful. We chose to buy a loaf of bread, soup starter, dip mix, jellies, canned pickled okra, canned pickles, couple of fresh baked sweets, pretzels and crackers. The variety overall was good some bland with no seasonings. The staff was not helpful to us at all. Everytime we asked a question they would just stare at us. We didn’t even know that they served food as there is no visible menu or help from the employees.

Overpriced and food wasn't the greatest. This was the most expensive meal on our trip and food didn't compare at all to any other place we ate and we paid much less at other places. Don't plan on coming back

First of all, this review is for the kitchen goods shop - not The Old Mill Pottery House Café. Reviewers have been mixing these up, though they are the same family of businesses. A shop of this type could be full of gimmicks being in a tacky tourist area, but it isn't. Instead there are plenty of regionally made products - and not just jam. Soup mixes, seasonings and surprisingly esoteric beans and other products make it worth shopping. The only thing that could improve is the selection of kitchenware and serving items. Those aren't particularly unique - nothing you couldn't find at Sur La Table or even HomeGoods. I'd like these items to be crafted in Tennessee as well.

Dining outdoors was great at this cafe. I had the catfish and it was well seasoned. Also, took a loaf of their freshly baked bread home. There was a long wait, however it’s a nice area to walk around. Be prepared to look for parking as it’s a popular area.

Waited 20+ mins before opening so that we could get a table for breakfast. All of the food was just average. I feel like we would have been better just going to an IHOP or Cracker Barrel and could have avoided rushing to get over there before opening.

This is a cute shop a part of the Mills. I stopped in and they had a lot of little kitchen things to buy. I was going to leave when one of the staff asked me if I wanted a sample of their soups. Free sample? Sure! I tried the corn chowder & broccoli chowder. Let’s just say I left with a broccoli chowder mix (so yummy!). Also saw tea leaves & popcorn toppings to buy. And the prices were reasonable.

I took my mom here and we met the sweetest lady named Linda. She said she’s little Linda because her manager is also named Linda. She is probably the sweetest person I’ve met! We talked for a while and I just thought we should acknowledge her. ❤️

Wandered into this gem while perusing the Old Mill area. So glad we did! They have some of the nicest kitchenwares and food items, and the staff were all really friendly. The thing I love the most were the kitchen boas. What a clever idea! When I'm in the kitchen cooking, I'm constantly looking for the towel or paper towels. This boa goes around the neck, so I will never have to search for the towel again! They are well made and have clever little phrases on them. We also got some delicious cheeses, cookies, and syrup.

I am so disappointed with my online order. I first visited the actual shop about 3 years ago and fell in love with their chili starter seasoning. I have bought it a total of 4 times now, and the previous 3 times I received 2 packets of the seasoning per actual purchase in their pouch. This time I chose to order online as I did not have plans to drive 5 hrs to the place itself. I spent $8 on 1 packet and another $20 for shipping. Which was ridiculous but I thought Hey 2 pots of chili may be worth it. So I had to spend $28 on one pack on chili powder....... I am so Disappointed in this and will not be ordering anything else from this place.
