After Autozone refused to install a battery for me a wonderful man sold me a battery and helped install it for me as we was 600 miles from home on our honeymoon, he was great! Thanks

Was in a pinch with a bad thermostat on vacation. John was more than helpful getting me my part quickly so I could get it switched out before bad weather rolled in. Always use them anywhere I go for this reason. Thanks a ton John!

We were vacationing in the area. Our jeep had a caliper locking up. None of the service shops had time to get to it. O'Reilly had all the tools and parts in stock and allowed me to fix it in their side lot. Thanks for saving our day!!!!!

When I went to this location Chad was amazing. He went out of his way to help me find items to use on fireplaces that was meant for cars. Chad could’ve just brushed me off and sent me to Home Depot but instead he was genuinely happy & helpful . I wish there was more of him everywhere ☺️. He made my day a lot easier.

These people are a joke do not lose your breaks and need them to turn them for you. They will give you the run around and keep pushing it off to someone else that does the same thing. My truck has been on the side of the road for 3 days and I’m still trying to get my rotors turned I tried Saturday was told to come back Monday morning I’m here now told Tuesday. I will never go back to this location again. EVER

Great customer service. Jose went way out of the way to make sure he got me what I needed. Sometimes it’s hard to get someone to even type things in correctly, but not this time. I highly recommend this store, and their awesome customer service provided by Jose. Thank you very much.

Staying in a cabin in Gatlinburg for our honeymoon, and when we went to leave for a date night on the town our car wouldn't start!! After getting our 5 year old Duralast battery jumped-off, we drove to Advanced Auto Parts, priced a battery over the phone, but decided to give autozone a call since they're the ones who sold the Duralast brand. Eddie was more than helpful matching up the right battery, testing the old one to verify fault, and giving me different price options to choose from. I was interested in the three year Gold battery, but when I asked Eddie if he happened to notice what my old battery was when he tested it, and he said it was just a 2-year battery that had lasted that long. Even though he could've used the opportunity to take advantage of me and upsell a 3 year, he was honest and gave us the less-expensive 2 year battery! (Most parts stores wouldn't contain such integrity as I've learned from personal experience of having been taking advantage of in the past) Eddie was intelligent, smiling, helpful, and patient with me. He went above and beyond to get us back into a state of security and peace of mind with our car's health. He even sold me some battery terminal lubricant to protect against corrosion. I had already purchased a new set of felt washers in the trunk from a recent battery replacement for another vehicle we own, but he made sure I knew to use them to prolong the battery's lifespan! My wife and I were grateful to have found a man who wanted to take care of US first, then our car. And more importantly, someone who wasn't just out for the sell, but to help! Thanks a million Eddie!!!

While on vacation in Gatlinburg. My 2017 Dodge Journey broke down. I called them to order the part. The next day I got an excuse of the part was lost in shipping. I was told the employee would find 1 and call me back. Well it's been 4 days and not so much as a call or text. By the way Chad I called Advance Auto Parts just down the street and they had it in stock. It was $100 higher (it was the upgraded version). My final thoughts on this company is I'm done with O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Prices of car items that I can find at Wal-Mart for a cheaper price were more expensive then they should be. They also didn't have a part that I needed in stock said they could order it well I can order it too so what's the point, they need to build addition onto their stores so they can have what you need right then in stock/inventorey.
