Amazing show and great service as well as food, most definitely recommend this. Don't know what it costs because I was treated, but I'm definitely going again sometime soon.

One of my very good friends recommended we go see this show while we were on holidays. I am so glad she did.We pre-ordered tickets online and then had a lot of traffic delays so we called the production immediately and we had enough notice so they let us change the time to the later show. We are so incredibly thankful!!!We arrived 50 minutes early as they recommended about an hour to 45 mins early. I'm glad we did. We all got a souvenir mug with our choice of drinks, which are so cute!! We had asked for preferential seating and picked to cheer for the Blue team.We entered the arena and we were directed to our seats. We didn't get our waitresses name but she was very quick and prompt at her job. We did notice when we sat down that there was a small sign that indicated we were supposed to tip, and it was recommended 15%... I wish we had known this before we arrived. We had limited cash with us but we did leave what we had.As for the food... I thought the meal was alot!!! It started with an amazing bowl of creamy vegetable soup. Shortly after a biscuit, which was good for dipping in the soup. We were served a decent sized chicken breast, followed by a scoop of macaroni and cheese, a slice of ham and a 1/3 of a cob of corn. I felt the amount of food was a lot. The portions were very satisfying in my opinion. And to top it all off, we were served a yummy apple Danish!!!The show was amazing. We couldn't stop watching what was happening next... it was fantastic. Our kids range in age from 5 to 18 and everyone was screaming and cheering.I really felt that this was worth every penny. We loved it and the food.

We loved it. It was entertaining and so fun! The seals were just wonderful and so cute to watch. Lots of talent and the food did not disappoint, it was equally as impressive! We had our 4 boys 7-15 years old with us and they ALL enjoyed it! It was worth every dime we spent. Highly recommend l

Loved this!!!! We didn’t know what to expect, but brought my 8 year old for the 8:30p show and she was smiling, laughing, and clapping the whole time! She told me throughout the show and after, over and over, how much she loved it! I kept telling her to eat, but she wouldn’t because she said she would miss something. This is definitely the best thing we found in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! My husband had to have a gluten free meal and they did awesome with his food allergy. He had eaten at a restaurant earlier this day and must’ve got “glutened” because he was so sick all day with stomach issues, so he was worried about his food at Pirate Voyage. Hannah, our very friendly and professional server, brought his food separate and he said it was so good and he felt great. We will definitely be back and was actually going to bring family back next weekend but they won’t have a 3:00 show that day that we need. We are coming back though!! They spare no expense and have this well organized!!Dietary restrictions: My husband has celiac and can’t eat gluten. He gets very sick even with cross contamination. They brought his food separately and he said it was so good!Parking: Parking was easy and close to the building.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly!! My daughter loved and wants to come back!

Good show. Good food. Friendly staff. Good for a rainy day but have to buy tickets in advance. First responder and vet discount. They need more bathrooms. Hit one before show ends or you will wait online at end of show.Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: It is made for kids.

This was absolutely amazing! My kids loved it and so did myself and husband. The food was top notch. We loved the chicken and that apple turnover was delicious. The show was AMAZING! Super entertaining, kept our attention the entire time. I did not like the lady going around trying to get us to buy photos. Definitely should’ve been after the show or not at all. Other than that the staff was amazing and on point with everything. We will definitely be back in the future. EDIT to add, save your time and don’t go to the visitors center to get your so called voucher that you need. *You do not need it*. We wasted so much time doing that because we didn’t know.

Mrs. Jennifer in the ticket booth was so friendly and helpful, even made conversation and I realized we are both from Texas. She offered us two sections and we decided on (D4) which happened to be right in front of the stage. We were the first ones there so obviously we picked the two seats in the middle. (Seats weren’t assigned just a section.)As we are waiting the waitress came over and told us we needed to move all the way to the end or stand against the back wall incase a large party came in and they didn’t have enough seats and then we could fill in where they didn’t sit. Now, common courtesy when a group walks in and they need a seat or two we are the people who would always offer to scoot over and accommodate. However, I didn’t appreciate the tone in the delivery and informed her that they told us to sit in this section and if we were there first there I don’t understand her asking us to move. Which she replied: Yes, and the server tells you where to sit. Again, the delivery. She told us if we didn’t move she couldn’t serve us until she made sure there wasn’t a big party coming in. (I get it, they don’t want plates/silverware to be touched.) But I didn’t want to move because we also paid money to come in and enjoy the show and again, I know how to show common courtesy to others. Well we didn’t get served until after the show started and needless to say, there was more than 8 empty seats around us.We still tipped her $20 because I used to be a waitress myself and remember relying on tips but I would have appreciated a friendlier approach, especially as this was our first time and really soured our night.

The show was amazing and the service was great but the food is nothing to rave about the only thing that was good was the ham. It’s weird that they bring your food one at a time. By the time I got all my meal it was cold. Didn’t like it all!

Me and my husband went to the Pirate Voyage show at 8:30 tonight. 2/5 stars for multiple reasons. We had high hopes because we have visited the Hatfield and McCoy and Dixie Stampede and had great experiences. Upon arriving we sat down on our row F8 in the two seats they had left on our row. My husband of course had the seat where there was no cup sitting out like everyone else had. So between having to wave our waiter down twice we finally got his drink 20 minutes after the show started. Which is a no go for us considering he had to wash the dry biscuit down with his veggie soup. Second off, apparently in the place we sat also had no condiments available besides at the far end of our row. Not a huge deal I figured I would just ask for some considering the main dish is a big piece of fried chicken. Once again, waived the waiter down twice and neither time got my ketchup. Not to blame the waiter specifically because he was running around working hard but after spending $131 on a dinner show (that’s including my husbands military discount) you figured we would be able to get some ketchup or a refill on our waters. Which of course we never received. Waisted the whole chicken breast which is upsetting considering like I said that is the main dish because I didn’t feel like getting up to walk to the end of the row to bother someone else to grab ketchup. Waisted our money for sure on this one. Save your money and go somewhere else:)
