We have stayed here on more than one occasion. We've always enjoyed our stay. I wish there was a red light here but other than that we like it here. The traffic is always busy in Pigeon Forge though.

The best ace to stay. Rooms are very clean, towels and washcloths are restocked daily. Even the shampoo, body lotion and toilet paper is also restocked daily.
The staff is just fabulous. The breakfast was tremendous and the ladies that took care of that were just fantastic, friendly smile on their face.
We will definitely stay here again if we are blessed to be able to go back there to Pigeon Forge in the heart of East Tennessee!!
We just absolutely loved this place!
Thank you to the staff you all are just great!!

Check-in process was good and the rooms were really spacious. However, service and location is not that good. Pigeon Forge is very far away from Gatlinburg, which is the main hub for all activities plus to get to the national park and there is no way you can walk anywhere in Pigeon Forge. The room service especially for little things like getting the water or room slippers for not included like they should be in any hotel.
Breakfast is absolutely horrendous. Eggs were very cold. They’ve only had just banana as a fruit. They don’t have anything fresh, they had some bagels, which are very dry and stale on top of that the checkout process was something we were not expecting to go through. We were only 30 minutes late in check out when the receptionist told us that we will be penalized for that 30 minute. This is not how you treat your customers being in hospitality business, especially knowing that many customers check in very late anyways and in our case it was it was 6 hours late as we had a late flight. Once we went back-and-forth and argued with the receptionist, they agreed to not charge us, but it took a lot of hassle to get that done.
I would not recommend the hotel unless you’re really looking to live far away from the national park and or you’re interested in getting a terrible breakfast along with haggling/ bickering with hotel staff or dealing with dreadful customer service.

This was a very good place to stay. Rooms were great, breakfast every morning was good, hot coffee always!
Rooms: The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Nearby activities: Right on the strip and walking distance to so many things!
Safety: Lights were on all night in parking lot.
Walkability: Right on the strip and a great restaurant right next door!
Food & drinks: Breakfast included was very good each day.

I stayed at the Ramada during the Jeep Invasion 2024. This hotel is a hidden gem. It's convenient on the strip, but also close to Walmart. The hotel was spotless, even the stairwell smelled fresh and clean every day. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was great, parking was free, and there were plenty of rocking chairs on the front porches to watch the cars go by. We were so impressed! Will definitely recommend and stay here again!
