The staff makes the experience great, with assistants like Denver being wonderful, patient, and explaining everything calmly to make it a lot of fun for kids. Other staff members, including Alyssa and Cassie, are described as amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Susie also makes customers come back, making them feel right at home and helping kids enjoy the experience. The RC was friendly and helpful, and the activity is well worth it. Customers appreciate the service and say they will definitely be back.
