Disappointed in the customer service we experienced a few times here. It's a great location to fill up between jobs, in fact, prime location to get back to Pigeon Forge via Jake Thomas, so it's disappointing to not be treated well when we are clearly construction workers, who, let's face it, use gas stations for convenience a lot.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come and the pump won’t read the debit card. I had to come inside and wait behind people buying snacks and beer (which isn’t convenient when in a hurry) because I couldn’t use the quicker more convenient option of just paying at the pump. Once inside, I tell the clerk the pump must be broken because it won’t read the card and he replied “Yeah it’s been not reading it” and I say “Then why don’t you put an out of order sign on it?” And he said “I don’t know.” And didn’t offer any sort of apology just asked how much I wanted on the pump. If this had been the first time, OK, maybe it was an error — but this happened the LAST time I was here where it wouldn’t take the card at the pump.
On THAT visit I witnessed both clerks talking about a milk that was returned because it smelled bad and the guy started walking it towards the cooler and the other said “well don’t put it back out then.”
I wouldn’t recommend going here due to poor customer service, faulty pumps and concerning cooling of products that could spoil.

Walked in to get a couple red bulls. Not a hello, not a welcome. The 2 ladies just stayed staring. If I wasn't such a redbull addict. I would have walked out. Is there no such thing as customer service here??????

love this gas station 1/2 of the time , at least when the establishment is in order. never really know when it’s going to be open in the morning or if there will be hot breakfast when you go in. i’ve gone inside at 6:30 before and the place was nice , clean , and coffee was brewed along with there being some form of hot breakfast. other days the door isn’t even open at 7 - 7:30. this past sunday i went at 7 am and there was no coffee nor hot breakfast and the lady cashier was not kind. google says 24 hr but last week i walked up to the front door at 6:55 am and it was in fact locked and lights were off completely. there seems to be no structure here and as a lifetime local just trying to get a coffee or a roller bite before a 10-15 hr work day , this is fairly frustrating. use to come here every morning , now i will most likely just have to stop at a station on the parkway.

visiting from florida, went to this location because they have our favorite drink. the cashiers are AWESOME had a short talk with Pamela, she was so kind we loved her. We came back looking for Tim, one of the employees. He’s super funny and we really enjoyed talking to him so we made this our gas station spot lol. The people that work here are super dope, they are kind individuals.

The bathrooms are very clean, however, the cashiers are clearly on drugs, they look like zombies and act very high.Everytime the red head or the male checks me out they are shakey, bouncing off the walls with dilated pupils.They need to do drug testing here.

The high octane gas always pumps super slow. 1 gallon per minute slow.After 4 gallons I gave up and left.

We stopped to fuel up. Went to the restroom it was very clean and so was the store. I would recommend this Gad station.

I don't know who you are hiring at your gas station now but they need to not try to tell there consumers what to do with there bank cards. He started telling me I should have my card so I could just hit the machine. Don't know what that is don't want it. It's my card not his he needs to keep his opinion to himself. I have always had problems with this gas station.
