Be extremely careful coming to this gas station. Price posted says 2.75 but there is a sign above the actual pump that says 3.59. Luckily we only put one gallon in before noticing what it was charging us. Avoid this gas station. Crooks is all I have to say.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with my horrible experience at this Shell gas station. First off, the pump wouldn't stop charging my card after my car was full. It just kept running, and when I tried to stop it, the nozzle wouldn’t unlock. I was standing there, while gas started spilling all over the ground and all over my car - a major safety hazard. Not only did I have to deal with that mess, but I ended up getting charged an extra $15 for the gas that spilled onto the ground.
And don’t even get me started on the customer service. It was the worst I've ever had. The employee working there was standing near the spilled gas, smoking right next to it—are you kidding me? If you want to explode the place and yourself with it just make sure I’m far away from it before you do! When I tried to ask for help, he was completely rude and dismissive. He didn't care at all about the dangerous situation or my concerns. It was honestly shocking how unprofessional and disrespectful he was. Also, there was no manager on duty!
This place is a health and safety hazard, and the staff couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Shell station at all costs. It’s unsafe, unprofessional, and a complete ripoff. I’ll never be coming back, and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away.

The over head sign said $2.699.
I paid at the pump and it showed a .10 cent discount. I thought, not bad. I’m filling up at $2.599
Got my text bill, showing I paid $2.899. Not happy with paying .30 cents a gallon on fuel that is already overpriced.
Will think again using my Shell credit card. This is no what I signed up for!

Won't do returns, even if product was bought a few days prior and is unopened. Should have signage saying this, though they wouldn't be able to rip people off if they did.

We went in to grab some drinks because it’s hot outside. We had a gift card and we told the lady when we checked out and she just said no and stared at us like we were stupid. Didn’t simply ask someone else. Didn’t even try to figure it out. And then she refused to sell alcohol to us when we had ids for all of us. I get if you’re having a bad day but LIZ. Simply doing your job at a shell gas station isn’t that hard

Stopped in on Monday for gas. Total came to $21.74. They ALSO charged my card $100 for the pending transaction. I’ve had several stations do this but it’s always released immediately after the actual transaction is cleared. However, it’s been 5 days and they are still holding my $100 HOSTAGE!! What is wrong with you people?? I HAVE TO PAY RENT TODAY AND YOU HAVE STOLEN PART OF MY RENT!! RELEASE MY MONEY!! I will NEVER use a Shell station again!!

Shouldn't be open for business, they can't give change for a 100 dollar bill, they should just close the doors since they are too stupid to be able to conduct business properly.

Staff is friendly but there's always homeless people here so it feels unsafe when going late night. Their prices are higher than most but their lottery ticket selection and gas rewards are better than most gas stations around. (Great lot to take pictures of your trucks)
