I have had a storage unit there for about three years. The units are very clean and dry. The owners are fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a storage unit.

I had a small unit there for 6 months as we built a cabin to store some furniture. The units were clean and after 6 months there was no sign of bugs nor moisture issues so it worked perfect. I found the owners / managers to be easy to work with and the rates very reasonable. Very happy with the service.

They would not let my pregnant sister get a storage unit even though she had the money because of her car insurance?

Beware. I will try to make this short and sweet. The contract is meaningless on Jo Dunn's end. She will steal from you and since she ONLY deals in cash you can't dispute it without an attorney (which I will be doing). She uses the excuse she doesn't want to pay the fees the CC companies charge. While that may be true it's also for the purpose of not returning your deposit even when you follow the contract. We stored our belongings with her for 1 month in a 10x5 unit. Monthly rent was $60 (Due on the 7th) +$30 deposit. I was emailed the contract and have a copy of it. #8 in the contract states: "a ten-day advanced written notice of our intentions to terminate the agreement." I did that and she refuses to return the $30 deposit. I have it all documented in text and the written and signed contract. She even says in the texts "Stop harassing me over $30." Which shows she probably does this often and since it's not worth it most people won't fight. I get it. It's only $30. It's the principle. This is unethical and not the way business with a contract is suppose to happen. People that operate like this need to be held accountable. I will note and have written proof like everything else that's happened, she has since emailed me and now she is trying to say it's a clean up fee. Obviously this woman is in desperate need of $30 because she is is throwing every reason she can come up with to keep it but it's not going to fly when the contract states "I have to give written notice 10 days in advance" and I did just that.

The units are dry. And safe. However, you will have to sign a four page contract, you will also have to provide the owner of this place copies of your drivers license and auto insurance. There are many many rules and regulations with this storage facility, for example, if you plan to vacate, and you do not give her 10 days notice, she keeps your deposit. Very strange. Also You can only go to your storage unit during daylight hours. So when daylight savings time comes around, and you get out of work at 5 PM and it is pitch black, and you need some thing from your storage unit, you are out of luck and you have to wait until daylight the next day. Ridiculous.I have used other storage facilities where it is so easy, so pleasant, most of them let you pay your bill online, nope. Not this place. I am guessing this woman must have been burned several times by several different people and that is why she makes you sign the four-page contract, and show you all of your ID, basically you have to give her everything except your first born.

My belongings remained dry and rodent free, so that is why I am giving two stars. However, this is the most difficult person/business owner I have ever known. I was in dire need of a storage unit because all the other ones were completely full. So. I pull up to her facility, and before I was allowed to get out of my truck, she demanded to see my car insurance, and my drivers license, which she took from me, went into her garage and took photocopies of. Then she gave me a four page contract, ridiculous BS, so many rules that it blew my mind, but again, I was desperate and I really needed a storage unit immediately. One of the stupid rules that is on the contract is that you cannot have your dog in your vehicle while you are accessing your unit. Excuse me? What am I supposed to do tie my dog up to the nearest tree across the street? Also, you have to give her 10 days notice before you vacate. If you don't, she keeps your deposit.Big inconvenience right here: you can only go during daylight hours, so, if it is daylight savings time, and you get out of work at 5 PM, and you have to get to your storage unit for some thing important, you are out of luck my friend. She will chase you off that property in a heartbeat. She wears this cross around her neck, but trust me, this is the meanest business owner you will ever meet in your entire life. Also! I had to go out of town because a close family member was having brain surgery, I sent her my payment on time, however, her address online, is entirely different from her actual address. So, my check was returned in the envelope, by the post office, even though I put the correct address that was listed online, (google) it did not match with her home address, and therefore, she didn't get it. I sent her proof of that, yet she still threatened to charge me an extra $20 for a late fee which wasn't my fault. She's aware that the address for the storage unit is wrong on Google yet she doesn't do anything to correct it. If you are up for constant bullyish behavior on a business owners part, then I say go for it. But if you have met enough miserable souls to last you a lifetime, steer clear of this place, I promise you it will not be a pleasant experience.
