Amy was awesome! She took me as a walk in while on a family vacation. The receptionist stated she would only have time for a cut, not the color I wanted... but Amy made it happen, she took her time with me and exceeded expectations!Services: Haircut

I absolutely loved everything about this salon! I’ve never had my make up professionally done before, my expectations were beyond exceeded. All the ladies there were super friendly, I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a salon in the area!

This was the closest to our home when we moved to the area and made a call to them and left a message.It was the Wednesday (late in the day) before the Memorial Day weekend and we received a return call on the Tuesday following the weekend.We made an appointment for the next week and showed up ready to have the haircut.When we showed up we were a few minutes early and needed to wait in the vehicle (no problem) but we’re told we had to wear a mask.Nothing was mentioned about masking up when we connected with them to make the appointment?When we asked why that I do was being shared now she said it was on Facebook and we should have known.The initial red flag could have been the very delayed return of our call but with a holiday weekend we just figured they were taking more time for themselves and let it go.Secondly, to make no mention of the mask requirement was a big deal in the times we are living in.The worst part was the rudeness when we asked why we were not told (we waited 7 days from the return call when the appointment was set) about the mask when we made the appointment??? Seems logical to us that one would at least say check out our procedures which are listed on our website or Facebook. Nothing mentioned until we arrived and then we had wasted 2 weeks in the process of waiting for them.To be rude just made my wife and I both upset and ready to let others know they are not professional in their dealings with the public.You can form your own opinion if you like but bring your customer service bar down to at least a three when you would like to expect at least a 4.5!So sad when this could have been different.Service: Haircut

I had the best experience at Smoky Mountain Salon and Spa! I’m getting married in May and did a trial run for my hair and makeup. Amy did a fantastic job styling my hair! She asked me questions about the type of look I wanted, made suggestions on whether something would work or not look right and was so friendly and patient. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She did an amazing job!!Heidi did my makeup and it turned out great! She was easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions. She is so friendly and easy to work with!!Shannan is amazing as well! I sent her a ton of emails changing my mind of the hair style I wanted for my wedding. Each time, she was friendly and accepted my changes.After getting my hair done, I was out and about in Pigeon Forge. I received so many compliments on my hair that I felt like a celebrity!! Thank you girls so much for a great experience and great job!!! See all of you in May!!!

Shannan did an excellent job creating the perfect style for my elopement. She was quick to respond to my messages months in advance, as well as check in with me in the days prior. As someone traveling from out of state, she made me feel confident in her abilities. I'm so happy I found Shannan and her salon.
