Smells like candy the second you walk in. I would definitely go here again. They had all kinds of candy, including freeze dried candy and souvenirs with names on them!

Fun place for kids for sure. I know we past 2020 2021 the rona years but the employees can keep things somewhat clean. Especially where kids touch a lot. And some candies were stuck together ..... but.. if I worry about that too much I just gotta buy individually packed ones and sanitize the outside of bags first everytime, right? Lol Well. Kids had fun filling up the jars.

Fudge is so good! I got the buy 4 get 2 option. The chocolate, peanutbutter, Vanilla/peanutbutter, and oreo/peanutbutter were the best. Was $20 for all 6.The birthday cake was super sweet though I'm not sure if I would recommend.

Surprising amount of variety for such a small store. Very clean and well kept, staff was super friendly. If you like sour candy, try the vials of sour syrup near the entrance. They also have Ramune soda in lychee and strawberry flavors. There are even some retro candies such as Bazooka bubble gum. Also, surprisingly reasonably priced for the most part, barring the foreign sodas.

Great little shop with a huge variety of candies that we can't find where we live. We always make a point to drop in here on vacation and let the kids (and husband) get a treat for the ride home. Prices are average for the bulk candy @ $4.24/quarter pound ($16.96/lb). Boxed or bagged items are significantly higher than you'd pay elsewhere in a retail shop. The staff is usually quite friendly and polite, but this visit was the exception. My teenage son was trying to do the right thing by letting them know a sour rope had fallen out of the container onto the floor and the gentleman working the register seemed to not understand what he was saying. Definite language barrier until another worker stepped in to explain. After that, we put all our little bags in the scale to be weighed and he gave us a total of $127!!! Now I know this stuff is expensive, but we didn't have 7lb worth of candy. I asked if he could re-weigh it to be sure, and it came to 60oz which is 3.75lbs. Quick math in my head told me around $60, which I expected- but he kept insisting it was $127. I said there's no way. A young lady came to the register and she said "It's 4.24 for a QUARTER pound." I replied "Yes, I'm aware...but that's only $16, almost $17 dollars." She said "It's actually closer to $20." Ummm...no. Give this lady a calculator. I turned to my husband and said even at her $20/lb it should NOT be $127 for 60oz. She said "I'm TRYING to explain to you it's $4.24 for a QUARTER pound." Again, I'm doing this math in my head, and I know at $16.96 per pound it works out to just over $1 per ounce. We have 60oz, so definitely NOT $127. Not sure what she did or if she just realized something was entered incorrectly, but she hit a button on the register and it came to $69.80 after taxes, which was much more accurate. Now that price I'll pay. But there was no apology, no acknowledgement of any error, and clearly there needs to be some attitude adjustment and basic math training. Perhaps rechecking your process should be standard when people who are capable of mental math question the total, especially when they acknowledge they understand the total price per pound. This made the experience sour rather than sweet and I'm not likely to continue our tradition of dropping by Sweet.

Lots of classic candies, unique sodas and gag gift type sweets and treats. If everything wasn't ridiculously overpriced, I might have actually purchased something here. They sell jelly beans at almost $5 per quarter pound!

We bought candy here last week on family vacation. Most of the candy we bought is old and stale. Wouldn’t recommend buying candy here.

So much candy! This store is filled to the brim with sweets, treats, and unique beverages. I love walking through these colorful stores and always try (unsuccessfully) to resist buying candy. This time I bought black licorice jelly beans and some weird beverages (like ranch, Buffalo chicken wing, and dog drool). Prices are typical for similar establishments. We were already in The Island and stopped in as we walked through the area. Overall, pretty typical candy shop that you will find in touristy areas. Worth the walk in to admire the colorful atmosphere and unique selections.
