I would highly recommend that no one take their children or anyone for that fact into that store. They have the F__K word all over their store on mugs and cups and think that this is a positive draw for great customers. NOT!! We have purchased many things from this store over the past years there at the Island in Pigeon Forge. Well that has changed as of tonight. Pretty pathetic!!! We will also be putting this review out on Yelp and Facebook. No one should be exposed to filth such as this in a family oriented enviroment . Many customers in the store at the time were offended as well.

There was soo much cute stuff in there. I wanted to by almost everything in there. I do think they might need a little bit more squirrels in there but other than that it was my favorite store in The Island At Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend going there when you visit The Island At Pigeon Forge.

This store has really cute stuff but for me it’s a tad bit too pricey my mom really liked a butterfly scroll that they had but it was like 50 dollars so she looked it up on amazon and the same exact one was only 16 dollars

I come here all the time to get my da Vinci bracelet updated. They are always kind and very helpful. A lot of cute stuff.

They don't even deserve one star due to poor customer service.. I came into the store on 6/11/2022 @ 10:26 am and as soon as I walked in a colored guy approached me and asked if I needed any help with anything and I told him no. The guy proceeded to sit down on a shelf beside me playing on his phone while I was looking at shirts which made me feel uncomfortable and make me feel like he was waiting on me to do something wrong. I ignored him and proceeded to check out with the shirt. I will never enter that store again

I wouldn't even leave them a 1 star review. We went in this evening. The lady at the front door was talking on her phone when we came in and we asked when they closed. Got an answer that they closed at 10 pm so my husband and I looked around. I found 4 car coasters for my car and a monogrammed CC headband and proceeded to the counter where the employee at the register was hunched over sleeping, the other one was sitting behind the counter on her phone, looked up at us but ignored us and the lady at the front never got off the phone to check on us. Ended up having to leave everything we wanted to purchase on the counter and just walk out due to HORRIBLE customer service! Phones and sleeping on the job shouldn't be allowed when a customer needs assistance at the register. Would rather give NO STARS and will not be back! Highly disappointed. I would not waste my time shopping at this store as you will also be wasting your time. Employees would rather sleep and be on their phones.

While attempting to check out we were asked if we needed help. Told clerk we were ready to check out and with an attitude asked if we needed help again. What didn't you understand? We told you we were ready to check out, we told you what we needed. We did nothing but smile and be nice. While she was trying to ring up our single item she did nothing but give us dirty looks and mumble under her breath. Listen, there wasn't more than 5 people in the store, so it wasn't busy. There was no reason for the attitide. If it wasn't for the fact my wife really wanted what she found, we would've just walked away and bought the item off of Amazon for the same price but less attitude. Even covid couldn't be blamed on this experience.

Worst customer service I ever encountered.3 girls pretending to work. Cashier never spoke a word. Didn't even hand me my purchase after bagging. I visited on the 4th of July and now understand why the store was empty.

Very poor employee attitude. Was told yesterday that I would be able to return an article of clothing if it didn’t fit, ended up having to return it, and was told that they can only exchange. Ended up exchanging and they gave me the difference in money. Don’t understand why they wouldn’t do that the first time.

Lots of random gifts in this shop. I like the name of the store, it's a treasure trove of items that have been squirreled away for the patrons that walk in. Jewelry accessories, bags, clothing and wall clocks too.

I am very pleased with our visit here. One of my favorite shops. I was taking my 13 year old daughter to island with her friends and we walked in store and decided to buy some very nice rings. The cashier named Tasania.was so helpful and funny! We had issues with rings fitting when we were at counter and she was very sweet and helpful while the girls figured out what they wanted! LoL Great job! Will be returning.

I feel bad for the cashier. The lady with the blue curly hair was yelling at the cashier. For not saying good morning to her and should be greatful for all she has done for the cashier. Some people are not morning people. And I felt very uncomfortable and sorry for the girl.

Loved the vibe of the store. There were many more gift items than souvenirs. They sold clocks, pill bottles, ornaments, shirts, magnets, jewelry, and so much more. The prices were pretty reasonable. Some items were on clearance. They had very cute Christmas items on sale. I would reccomend stopping by. It's very likely that you'll find something you'd like.
