Way late on my review but was there in Oct of ‘23 and a lady brought in a kitten she had found by the old mill area, seeking help bc she was not local and could not help it. My fiancee and I, even though were also vacationing from out of town decided to take it on a whim. Best decision we ever made. 2 yrs later and that cat is the apple of our eye. This store will always be special to us for that reason alone. We were just engaged the day before and it just felt so fated, like an engagement present from the universe. We are as happy as ever, and even later on rescued a friend for our Mikki girl ❤️ we will be back next visit this year just for nostalgia reasons, and of course some stickers (great selection of stickers!)

Edit for December 2025: went back just to pay homage to where we found our girl, and its just as I remembered! Lady at the register was super nice and great to chat with, WONDERFUL selection of hoodies and of course got more stickers again!

Very rude employees in this store today! We found several items we were going to purchase but after interacting with the 2 employees working there today we decided our money would be better spent elsewhere! Hope you don’t work on commission! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would but 1 is the lowest!

Workers remarked to watch us in case we stole something. Repeatedly looked and followed. Terrible customer interaction. Would not recommend to any consumer. 0 stars if possible.

We liked it! The service was good and they had quite a few selections. She bought something for herself and I bought something for my daughter. We would go back. The prices weren't bad either. If I recall the price of the hoodie that I got my daughter was around $34. The t-shirt that she got was $12.

This is my favorite souvenir shop in Smokies! Trust me when I say, pay a bit more for a high quality product. The shirts along the strip are cheaper but the graphics will start peeling off after a couple of washes. I have shirts from the Tye Dye Store that have been washed dozens of times and still look brand new. The staff are always friendly and will press any design on any shirt.

An incredibly amazing store! I loved their selection of clothing, some funny, a lot cute. The lady who was working when I went is very inclusive and nonjudgemental of queer individuals, like me, too! Single-handedly one of my favorite stores I've been to. I never caught the lady's name, but thank you for such an experience, keep up the good work!

Best place so far we have been. Great customer service. The lady working today was amazing. I wish I had gotten her name but she deserves a raise. She is so genuine and helpful. We will be back everytime we visit. Thank you so much !
