Had a great experience visiting the store. Nancy was the lady on duty and she was very helpful. The stained glass and woodworking items were legit high quality beautiful pieces of art. If you’re looking for a unique piece for your home you will find something here.

Completely floored with the degrading & condescending tone used when asking for necklace pendants! We were looking for a memorial charm to add to our necklaces. It’s jeep week in the Smokey mountains & We have one for every jeep destination we’ve traveled, Jackson hole.. Yellowstone.. Estes park.. San Antonio.. etc. I was told to find a “CHEAP store.” I mistakenly went in “the finest jewelry store in pigeon forge.” Sterling silver is not cheap! I hope sell all of your “$3000 pendants”.

Stayed a whole week in Gatlinburg for our honey moon two years ago and on the last day we stopped here. It's an amazing shop with amazing people running it. I would highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.

Most unique store in Pigeon Forge with many Treasures to be found! My 1st visit to PF I found this magical store, and make it a point to stop by every year since. Beautiful gifts sold by a kind, sweet soul. Make sure to stop by if you're in the area!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in Treasures. There was one Lady taking care of customers and was very kind, professional, and extremely helpful showing my granddaughter and me several pieces til I finally chose the exact item for myself. As to the chair in reference earlier, my husband sat and waited on me while I shopped in that very chair. He exclaimed just how comfortable the chair was and how beautiful. He too asked the price. She exclaimed that it was a very rare wood, hand made and not another like it and if we're to be sold it would be extremely expensive. He said, need I ask and she exclaimed actually no because of it's rarety and it really was not for sale. She was in no way rude or haughty but explained a little about the chair. The next time I am in that area I will definitely go back to her shop because of her quality jewelery and unusual choice of merchandise. Plus, she was a pleasure to meet and so helpful and patient as I am in a wheelchair.

My wife and I found this shop on our trip this year. They have an incredible selection of beautiful gem and crystals the Red Jasper was some of the best I have ever seen outside of a gem book. The Tigers Eye they had in a basket on the counter that you could make your own necklaces were top quality and only 8 dollars I couldn't believe it. I very nearly ask them if they know how much the should be charging for them it was that good. Love this shop.

Today, my husbands family and I found ourselves shopping around pigeon forge on our last day in TN. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a lady behind the counter. I use greeted very loosely because all she really did was was stare at us until we spoke to her. My sister in law just nicely asked for a trash can to throw away my sons cup we bought in from the restaurant across the street to which she pointed around the corner to a trash can that was not in sight. We continued to browse the store as she stood quietly not uttering one word. We were never asked if we needed any help. As we came back around the counter to go to the other side of the store my sister in law and father in law asked her how much a wooden chair was in the front of the store. She looks at my sister in law and for the first time since walking into the store finally speaks. Her words exactly "it's very expensive." I literally thought to myself it's no way she is being this dudeon purpose. My sister in law goes on to ask her " how much is expensive?" (Still being very nice and polite). My SIL even kept her bubbly personality and all. The lady goes on to say "guess." At this point I wanted to give this lady the benefit of the doubt. My SIL was saying prices and I even chimed in and said a number. She replied just "no" to all of the responses. I then go on to ask her if it was handmade and she said yes and it's one of a kind. You would think after all of that she would have laughed or made this seem less rude or awkward by engaging in more conversation with us or just answering the question we asked as customers. She went back to standing there just watching us. My husband was to the back of the store and at this point I was irritated and said I'm ready to go. We all exited the store without her even wishing us a good day. My sister in law went back in to ask her the price yet again for her to finally give her answer. There is always a way to conduct yourself as a business owner even to customers who are rude, but her response to what looked like the only people she saw in her store on a Saturday was not only rude but came across as somewhat hateful. I felt as though she took one look at us, didn't like who she saw and wanted us out the moment we stepped into the store. My husband owns his on business in NC and there is no way any customer, no matter who you are would be treated as we were today. I'm happy I am the first reviewer to let customers in the future know what they are walking into when visiting this shop, and if nothing else hopefully the establishment reads this review and decides to treat all customers that walk through their shop doors in the future with more respect and decency than was shown to us today.
