“My family and I planned a family reunion in Pigeon Forge and held our main day here at Southern Pines! The service was phenomenal, the decorations were beyond amazing and the beauty of the whole place is more than words can describe. Thank you to Ms. Erika and Ms. Corina for a fantastic experience!!”

“Excellent stay. Very nice rooms with a mini kitchen and common area for the standard rooms. Room was nice and clean when we arrived and very well stocked. Hotel had a new modern feel. Todd provided a smooth check in and was very helpful at the front desk providing breakfast hours, water, hiking recommendations, and personal hygene products that we forgot. Breakfast was delicious and included with muffins, yogurt, potatoes, waffles, eggs sausage, coffee and juice. Kitchen staff worked hard this weekend to keep it stocked on this busy labor day weekend and did an excellent job. Deep provided everything we needed including extra towels and water along with a smooth check out. All front desk staff was very kind and helpful but understaffed since they could use a second person to cover the desk when they are out and about assisting other guests. Great location and easy walking distance to the trolley stop and convention center. Short drive to dollywood or anything in pigeon forge. It was a wonderful stay and I'd be happy to stay again if I travel this way again.”

“Part of me wanted to just keep Blue Mountain Mist a secret but the world deserves to know. It was perhaps one of my favorite trips. It was our first bed and breakfast and we loved it. We rented a cabin and loved the ability to have our own 4 walls and yet tap into the comfort and homeyness of a Bed and Breakfast. All the meals were fantastic! We ate Breakfast at the big house every day and came for dessert and coffee a few of the evenings.
The staff were extremely helpful and warm. They cultivated the perfect combination of vacation getaway and the coziness of visiting family.
The location was also a real plus. We were able to visit Gaitlinburg, but not be wrapped up in the traffic and crowds. We had a nice dinner in downtown Sevierville and that was only 10 mins away. Going to Dollywood was a big reason for our trip and it was less than 5 mins away. Even though it was close to the park you would have no idea, you felt tucked away in a little country oasis.

Our trip to Blue Mountain Mist was exactly what we needed. Cozy and warm. Rejuvenating and relaxing. We will be back.”

“What an amazing week we just had at A Kings Lodge. They have a massive lodge as well as cabins on their property that were able to accommodate all our family and friends. David and Erin were amazing host with great recommendations so everyone was well taken care of and happy. Super relaxing and the perfect getaway for everyone, you can rest on the front porch, go to town to see all the attractions, hang out at the river or stay on the property and enjoy all the cute animals. Thank you David and Erin we are a special group and everyone wants to come back next year!”

“This is an intriguing little bookend of a place at the end of the road for Daisy Town aka Elkmont Historic District. You can't go into the Appalachian Club unless you're attending an event there, but you can go up on the veranda and "set a spell" in one of the many rocking chairs lined up along the railing. And you can read about the intriguing history of this fabulous place and its swinging heyday.”

“The room we stayed in was nice. It was clean and overlooked the river. The spiral staircase was nice as well. The parking wasn't great but we could always find a spot. It was plenty of room for 2-4 people.”
