WonderWorks Pigeon Forge is one of the top things to do in Pigeon Forge and one of the best Pigeon Forge attractions. It is an indoor amusement park for the mind with over 35,000 square feet of “edu-tainment,” combining education and entertainment with more than 100 hands-on exhibits. The story explains that this once top-secret laboratory from the Bermuda Triangle landed upside down on Music Drive, with all exhibits intact for guests to explore. Many guests find it a fun place for families and a must-do, with children having a blast. The hands-on exhibits challenge the mind and spark the imagination. However, a common and significant criticism across reviews is that the place is consistently extremely crowded and overcrowded, even on a weekday or Tuesday morning. The wait times for rides and attractions are described as atrocious, super long, and taking forever, with lines wrapped around the building. This crowding leads to pure chaos, with people and small kids running everywhere, making it hard to enjoy the exhibits. Many feel the amount of time spent waiting in lines makes the experience not worth the high price of admission. Several reviews suggest the attraction should limit people, require reserved times, or hire more staff to speed up operations. Some rides were broken during visits, though maintenance was present. The experience can be disappointing due to the crowds and long waits, leading some to advise spending money elsewhere unless changes are made. For those who manage the crowds, it can be a cool place and the best time ever.
Sensory overload. Not as much educational content as expected. Still fun.
March 2025
Was expecting something very different going into, but enjoyed it nonetheless. Definitely had a number of different activities to do. There were different types of ride simulators, arcade type games, rock climbing, and more.

This was good for 7 and up, but not under. Half the rides that had 2 or 3 rides only had one person running one ride. For the price, they should have full staff. I wish I would have saved my $170.
