This cooperative has been here in Dunlap since the 1950’s. They brought in internet during the 90’s, and now for almost 30 years, they still can’t get it right. Great employees but terrible internet on top of being a monopoly. Now if they had some actual competition come in, I think things would be different. I cannot believe people actually give them above 1 star. If I could give them none I would.

Been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to hook up our internet had service through spectrum an Xfinity both hook up a complete fresh install on two different houses within a matter of days this company it definitely off to a bad start an don’t expect much customer service is awful an rude as well

I have gone from a Verizon Hotspot, then to Starlink Residential to now Bledsoe Fiber on the 100-100 package for my internet provider. My Starlink speeds 117 download. 10 upload. Bledsoe Fiber 117 down, 110 up. Needless to say I won't be using Starlink. Bledsoe Fiber out of my 3 options has been the best. (Starlink will be a backup, since I already have it). Bledsoe has been great since day 1. From signing up, to the field engineers coming out to see my situation, I am VERY remote , the underground installation crew was great and the interior installer was also top-notch. Spring City Cable should take notice on their customer service. I hope Bledsoe Fiber takes over their area so my family members can have the same great experience. A+++++As far as the bad reviews here. Either they need a cup of coffee, or they are on a DSL connection. I hope you can get fiber, if so get it.

I'm paying $110 for 20m internet. It is really 8-11m down 1m up. Absolute trash company, taking advantage of people. Can't wait for Starlink.

The best service, selection and speed for us in the Valley by far! Techs are awesome, service is incredible. We all work from home in Pikeville and never had a problem. We run there tv service and internet. There system works fine with Nighthawk equiptment, we get 1000 constantly!

3 Year later updated.Their amazing "fiber" is still trash. I have constantly had drops in service all the time. Just tried to play a game for the first time in years, their service dropped 4 TIMES! You should be ashamed of yourselves claiming it's the best when you charge so much while providing awful service.The only way they have any ratings above a 1 star, is family and friends being nice. No other real company is allowed in, so they offer some of the worst service of any company I've ever come across.The service is horrible. The normal workers are great, but the people who run it and make decisions are terrible.It's so bad, I would move if I could. The "real" rating should be a one. But with small town politics, what can you do?Oh, and fiber is less than a mile down the road from me, but they won't come this way. Because I'm not "important" enough.Literally, the worst internet provider on the planet.

Absolutely horrible customer service.Back story, I went through a divorce recently and my now ex wife threw away the BTC equipment without me knowing. Since the bill was in my name, I am financially responsible for the equipment. The equipment cost several hundred dollars and I set up a payment plan to repay the company for their lost equipment. For several several months now, I’ve not only paid my monthly service bill on time (sometimes early), but have also been paying the installments for the lost equipment. So today, I went into the office to turn on cable services and was told no because of the installments being made on the lost equipment. They have no problem allowing me to continue my internet services while paying for the lost equipment, but they refused to allow me to add cable. I spoke with Sherry, the supervisor, and she also refused to allow me to get cable. Even though I’ve always paid my bill on time and never missed a payment, and I took responsibility for my ex throwing away the equipment and I’m making it right. Absolutely horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Your better off going through someone else. If I could give zero stars I would. Do better, BTC.

Had this service a week. They force you to get a phone line if you want cable then they don't give you good service. My tv signal has been out more than it's been on.
