It's funny that this store got so many great reviews 3-4 years ago, and none since then.
Store is currently VERY POORLY RUN by a super rude manager. I've heard nothing but bad things about her mistreating employees constantly, and when I visited last week for the first time, I encountered her myself and heard her an aisle over just being a tyrant. Shame on you.
While your employees don't talk smack about you, other CUSTOMERS are where I've heard the complaints. If they're the ones hearing you talking that badly to the employees, I can't imagine how they feel.
Do better. I'm sure you're seeing the posts on the Bledsoe County pages about how much of a joke you are, and I hope Corporate DG sees this. No customers should ever be subject to the hostile workplace you've created.

A terrific "one stop shop" that suits your needs for rural living. It's nice to have a place to grab some quick groceries and sundries without having to go down the hill to town. The place has been recently remodeled and looks brand new! It was a little cluttered inside but they were dealing with a lot of inventory! Speaking of which, they were very well stocked with all the usual brands plus some hard to find items. Staff was helpful and friendly.
