My vehicle looks new again and I’m confident in the repairs they made. They also have excellent customer service and are extremely polite and courteous. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs.”
“I got my car back they had thrown away the pices that went under the hood . The front quarter panel was cracked. I had to take it back in they had to order the parts that were thrown away. They did replace the front quarter panel but chiped another part of my car and would not replace it and it wasn't broken when I took it in there. Would not recommend them. If you do take your car there take pictures of everything and check everything as soon as you get it back.
I wanted to up date my review because they got back in touch with me and replace the broken part. They did it fast. Thank you”

“Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repairs from a rear end collision on July 10. My insurance company gave an estimate and the work was accomplished in less than 10 days. As promised it was returned to its original look, and the paint was a perfect match. Professionals all the way. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Great working with Mr. Rios. I would recommend the Elizabethton Collision Center located at the Ford dealership to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle. Top of the line.

“I had Safelite come to my house to repair a small rock chip in my van and replace the windshield in my Honda Element. Both service techs showed up within their designated time frame, both were courteous, and both seemed to be competent. Unfortunately, I noticed, after the fact, that my Honda Element had a couple of scratches on the new windshield. When I called the office there was no argument about it; they immediately scheduled a date to replace the windshield. I feel confident that it will be addressed to my satisfaction. I also appreciate the convenience of having them come to my home since I live about 60+ miles from their service center.”
