I had a small fender bender and my insurance company recommended Brooks for repairs. They did a great job! The dent is gone and they even buffed out the little places. You can't tell anything was ever wrong.
Only worked with the lady at the front desk, but very happy with the results and how long it took (a week and a day).

My Insurance referred me too this shop trusting that my car was in good hands to get repaired properly. Instead they kept my car for almost a month done more damage to the vehicle then when it was took to the shop. Upon return, of the car i felt as if something wasn't functioning properly but couldnt wrap my finger around it. So I called the dealership from where i got the car and scheduled a day that it could be looked at. They told me to take the car back to the shop and give them this paper stating that the car was never repair correctly. So I called Brooks and Collison and informed them ahead of time what was going on They said OK leave the car here we'll let you know when the repairs are fix. I waited for them to call me the second day but no call. So i called and asked them if my car is ready to be picked-up. They said \
