“The parking lot and sidewalks are nice and clean. The landscaping is nice and trash free. They do a great job of keeping it nice and clean. There is plenty of parking available. Inside of Knoxville TVA is very clean and nicely decorated. It doesn't take very long to be waited on at the walk up windows. The staff is always very friendly and professional.”

“The branch that got flooded must have been damaged badly, it has been torn down. A portable building has been set up with drive through service and an ATM. I don't know if you can go inside. They are adding on to the other branch and the new ATM is nice.”
