I was told by a Toyota service dept that I needed new front brakes and rotors turned. I took my car to Superior and Clark checked brakes and test drove car. He told me I had about 10,000 miles before I’d need new pads. He has always been honest and fair in pricing. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

My daughter’s car wouldn’t turn over one morning so she missed work.
Mr. Clark is who I called first.
He was very warm and encouraging; confident he and his crew would be able to help so we had AAA tow it to his shop and, indeed, they had my daughter back on the road in under an hour!
They were fair, honest, and calm which gained them two loyal customers that day.
SO grateful to them!

I'm sorry but I was not impressed with their service at all. I felt like I was totally getting the run around. We were playing phone tag every couple days I would call them and leave messages to say what have you found out about my truck finally called and maybe got someone who would tell me what was going on so I had to pay more money to bring it home , it was very improfessional, all they had to say we don't do that here instead of giving me the run around, when my friend said he always takes his trucks there then they left me a rude note on my steering column after having my truck over a week I'll never go bk to them mechanics, they suck

Absolutely terrible customer service skills. Don't come to this place. Came by and someone waved but didn't talk to me. I figured he was busy so I waited, nobody helped me. I went around and knocked on the front door... nobody answers... I give them a while bc I figure they are just busy so I call and the guy wants to be rude to me. Unbelievable. These people are terrible. Never been treated like that by a so called business.

I can't say enough, I blew a waterpump down the road had my car towed there and they fixed it on the spot. Nicest, honest, and trustworthy people I have ever met. Cash only but well worth it. Obviously I did not have that much cash on me but was told "drop it by when you can". Thank you Superior Auto. You have gained a loyal customer.

My 2010 Ford Fusion's power steering went out. I dropped my car off and they called me the next day. They put a new electric power steering rack and pinion in and new battery. I'm happy with the job they done. My car is running like new again.

There are some really amazing people working here. i came in with a minor issue and they showed me in detail where the problem was and explained everything in detail without being condescending/ upcharging. Definitely recommend this garage and will 1000% return if i have any more issues. :)

Took my landscape truck to have the brakes replaced. Whenever I got there they pulled my landscape truck in their shop jacked it up pulled the driver front wheel off inspected. The front brake pads told me to come over there and look at them. At that point they showed me that I had plenty of life left on the front brake pads and they recommended that I just keep the pads that were on it on the truck. They said I had about 40% left and they would not recommend putting the new pads on just yet. Great to see that there are still honest auto shops out there. I will definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for automotive service within the Piney flats area, especially if you're wanting to have your vehicle worked on by honest and reputable small business!

Great experience with this garage! Very honest people! Told me that they were no reason to be concerned with my vehicle that it was fine. Then I had a part on my pickup truck that had came loose and he showed me how to fix it. All without charging me anything! They could have easily said they did this or that to it and charged me for it but nope! I will definitely be back when I need anything mechanical done to my vehicles! Thank you all for being honest and giving good service!
