It is long hours when you get hired on, due to lack of people However, the bosses there that are talked so badly about in these reviews, Mark & Jim, are actually good people. Overall it's like any factory, pros and cons, good people and bad, but Mark ain't a liar. If you come to work and put in a good days work, they'll work with ya.”

“Pulled my 2002 Quantum GL "Fat Melba" out last Saturday to get her ready for a scheduled trip and found a wheel issue.

I messaged Todd at Bushtec, who called me back on Sunday which was impressive!? Thankfully, he said it was totally repairable!
So, we loaded her up and made the 17 hour trip to their shop from Fort Worth, TX to get repairs done. They got us in and out in 3 hours!
Jimmy at Bushtec did a full triage, surgery, gave her new tires said "Fat Melba" was just like a new trailer again. 3 hours! I'm just amazed, greatful and totally blown away at their service!

“Daughter was passing through. Had a flat with no spare or jack. By the time I got to her It was almost closing time for businesses in that area. He had what i needed mounted and balanced it. Drove back to put it on and figured out it had a small hole. Called the owner at closing time. He stayed open long enough for me to get back. Mounted another tire and got us on the way. Friendly service is appreciated when your stuck on the side of the road an hour away from home.”

“We used Chris Truck Repair towards the end of October, early November when our truck went down on the side of the highway near the exit to his shop. It was our front real differential and Matt showed up to take a look at our truck, tell us what to expect and guided us to be able to move the truck to safety by turning on a switch that would allow us to move the truck. We were able to drive the truck to their shop while we awaited the part to arrive. Chris and Matt were very gracious and let us stay on site since the delivery of the part took several days (difficult part to locate). They did an excellent job with the repair and got us back on the road. We are very thankful for both of them and highly recommend them. Thank you Chris and Matt for getting my husband and son back on the road to Florida! We appreciate you. May God bless your business for years to come!”
