“They came out to look at our truck, which was overheating and losing coolant. Mechanic put in over a gallon and had us drive (safely) the 7 miles to their shop. They replaced one busted hose and another that was about to fail. They had trouble getting air pockets out of the system but kept working until it was done. Very nice people and they even shared their pizza lunch with us!”

“Well it is unfortunate that I had to have interaction with these individuals however I am from out of town and was hit in a local parking lot. Eddie came to my jobsites gave me an estimate on the spot may I add a very reasonable price which is shocking with the way our economy is. Got my parts the next day and was ready to repair my truck. Had a family emergency and had to go home for 2 weeks. When I got back into town he took it immediately and did the repairs. My truck did not look this good when I bought it. “I recently had an AC issue with my car, and I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop in town. I've lived in the area for about 10 years and have asked about many of the local places at one time or another. About the time I think I have found a good one I hear a horror story about shady practices or improper repairs or upselling services not needed that cause me to second guess. I have about given up on finding a place I feel good about and not one that you walk away from feeling like you got played in some way or another. I am not saying these horror stories are all true but you have to go with what you read and hear and make a call. At some point in the past I heard positive mention of Brad's Kar Care but I never did try them. Today I decided to give them a go. They got me in right away and took care of my issue quickly and for a fair price. The people were professional and friendly, and they treated every customer that was there while I was with respect and honesty. They also explained my issue in a way that I could understand, and I don't feel like they tried to sell me or the others anything that wasn't needed. I was very impressed by their service and expertise, I felt comfortable doing business with them today. My first impression of Brad's Kar Care was a positive one and one that will bring me back next time I need automotive repair.”
