I'm new to Tennessee and I do click n ship for my packages. It's easy to just drop them off at the post office 6 minutes away. Customer service is always welcoming and friendly.

Lived at my place for about 5 months had 3 packages delivered 1st package the carrier left it on the porch of one of my neighbors. The other 2 packages left on my door step IN THE POURING RAIN!!! And all 3 times these packages was delivered I WAS HOME, SITTING ON MY COUCH AND NO KNOCK ON THE DOOR!!!!! Very POOR service
