I arrived at the store with an oil filter that was leaking severely, causing the felt underplate to sag due to the excessive oil leakage. The team swiftly sprang into action, lifting the cat ponto the lift, degreasing the motor, and collectively deciding on the best course of action. They successfully performed an oil change and filter replacement, ensuring everything was securely fastened, and resolved any subsequent issues. In a gesture of appreciation, I went to the store and purchased a dozen donuts for the team, only to discover that it was against their policy to accept any items from customers. Despite this setback, not a single team member indulged in a donut.

The crew and Nick (the owner) were very transparent about our car issues. He got us in same day and it was fix the next day. The car was having issue in drive and Nick's team identified the issue and got me out with less then a $300 bill. So thankful that Carthage has a local auto shot that does not take advantage of you.
If you are looking to get your car fix in the Smith County area well..... there's no debating where you need to go!

“Final update. It's been monthes since the fixes have halpened. Every thing they said they did is just that. THEY FIX EVERYTHING. JUST LIKE THE DOOR SAYS. I am appreciative of this shop and there interpersonal communication skills. Thanxs guys.
Update. I have been contacted and my issue is being fixed. The sign on the front of the door says they fix everything. They said they will fix it.
Here I am broken down in front
of the shop. Paid over 5 thousand dollars to get my truck back and it had no transmission fluid in it.. I've been paying off geting my truck back for almost a year. You dont expect the mechanics to give your vehicle back with no fluids. I know its been here long time but you couldn't check the fluid levels before driving it down the road to test it... then giving it back with no transmission fluid is lacking on craftsmanship. So like I said I'm here at the shop atv6 am not going to work because I didn't have any transmission fluid... you said you test drove it... I put 3 quarts in myself to get to the shop in 2nd gear all the way from home. ...I need this to be made right...
I have given this place every extra $ I could since the truck got worked on. Not fair.”
