“From what I understand Reeves is under new management. I saw the negative reviews, but decided to go forward with them after talking to Derik (the new owner) on the phone. I couldn’t locate my septic tank and needed it pumped badly. Derik and his team came out twice to help me find it at no extra charge. Their communication was excellent and they genuinely did their best to help, to include coming out on a Sunday morning to get the job done. Derik has earned my business.
