The customer service is not up to speed with their continual increase of prices. I was not able to return an item I bought 19 days ago because of the store policy. I was aware I was going to get store credit but they would not take my item back past 14 days even though there were several of the same dresses still hanging in the store. I also bought earrings that didn't even last through dinner. Cheap quality products for a hefty price. I won't shop here again.
