this salon is not what i thought going by reviews i went here and left with horribly damaged fried hair. bailey did my hair and left the building while she left foil in my hair too long and the end result wasnt even barely any highlight as requested snd no color change either as requested. just random white strands of color again my red hair which was painfully contrasted only on top of my head?where is the logic? . she has no idea what she was doing and never made it right either. i left with a huge bill with no service or requested change in my hair.. only damage and botch highlight color in random places. process was done improperly and caused perminate damage. on top of that i respectfully contacted lisa about my hair and if they could please fix it and she ignored my phone calls snd emails. she refused to help and fix the damage. never an apology. never any intention to make it right. on top of that i was over charged and addressed this her also asking for a receipt i never received. still no response. had to go in person to speak to her and she was defensive and rude for asking politely for receipt to go over the charges. never got one printed only later that day finally got one emailed to me and the entire receipt made no sense and madd up. charges of services i never had and over charge by 200. she never refunded the false charges or help fix it. Lisa was extremely unprofessional and rude. the young girl bailey who did my hair did not know wat she was doing either. it is apolling how rude i was treated when all i did was trust this salon to do my hair only to get it damaged with a bad sparingly highlight that was inly a few random strands that could not justify the price charged. any professional salon that has kind employees who care about others would have felt bad and try to help me fix their own mess. instead the salon acted crazy like somehow i did something to them. horrible service. rude inconsiderate and very greedy people. i obviously will never return or recommend this place. this place was investigated in this case and i recieved half my money back. pure scam. save ur money dont get ripped off and find a salon that treats their customers with respect. if they make mistakes themselves and they are decent people they will make it right and be fair. this place is a scam and illegally not giving me a receipt willingly shouldnt be allowed in a business. if u want pictures they are on ripoff report. funny how they just happened to put good reviews up right after this happened.

Lisa and Bailey took amazing care of me. I got a terrible haircut at another salon and Lisa started the correction process. It looked so much better when I left! They've made a life-long customer!

Just got my hair cut done, my wife's, and my mother in laws. We absolutely love this place and the owner. She always knows exactly what we want and how to get it done, even if we have no clue! Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the need for a good hair specialist!

I allowed a new older lady to do my nails at my last appointment...I normally get Lo, who is very talented and takes her time and really pampers her customers but the older lady kind of rushed through the process even though i paid for the most expensive pedicure and got gel nails. She did not file my toe nails, didn't use the file very much on my heels. I have s spot on my toe that needed to be clipped and filled and she did neither. I got the gel dipped nails but when she finished my nails had lumps. They weren't smooth like they should've been.
I definitely won't allow her to do my mani-pedi again.
I was not pleased at all.

Went in to get color, highlights and trim. She only highlighted my hair, not very many at that. My total for my minimal highlights and my boyfriends hair cut was $230.00. Wth!! I was in total shock! She didn’t do as I requested, I just wanted the brassy color out of my hair, and highlights only would not do it. But geez can you imagine how much it would’ve cost if she would’ve put a tiny bit of color on my hair too?? I won’t be returning!

If you want to feel ignored, dismissed, and generally not listened to then this is the salon for you! Photo: what I asked for (left) vs what I got (right). I had gone in for color and trim, I asked for blonde with red highlights. My hair was already primarily blonde. I was serviced by an inexperienced stylist who colored all my hair red, with the exception of just a few tiny blonde highlights that are almost imperceptible. Literal opposite of what I wanted. She also cut it unevenly. To the owners credit, she did offer me to come back into the salon to fix it, but at that point trust had already been lost and I'd already felt invalidated several times (I had brought up concerns about the uneven cut and undesirable dark color during the appointment itself, and my concerns were quickly dismissed). The service was also $200 which is standard, but that's not a fair price for the literal opposite of what I asked. All I want is a partial refund, but that was refused. It would take more time and resources for the owner to fix it than it would to just refund my money.

First time having services done here at Salon LDJ. Highly recommend. Everyone was so sweet. & helped each other. Bailey did a excellent job on my hair. From going from black back to a dark brown.
