I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They take 0 responsibility for there mess ups. I had auto pay set up and they weren't taking it out but didn't call, didn't text, didn't email, nothing never notified us it wasn't taking. When we did find out we paid a payment of 200 because we were told we were 275 behind which doesn't add up especially because I was told late fee was 5$ and payment was 40$ but my mom was told 20$ late fee and 50$ unit and we were only late 3 months and neither way does that equal up to 275. Made a 200$ payment and reset up auto pay, gave card number, and everything. So should've been paying again right? Wrong. Couple days ago my mom gets a text saying our stuff is locked and will be sold if we don't make a payment of 410 mind you we made a 200$ payment in March. So if it was 50$+20 for 5 months should've been 350 and if it's what they advertise on this website which is 40$+5$ should've been 225 but again they did not notify us which yes it's there responsibility to notify us if it's on auto pay cause we set up auto pay to make sure they got paid. That's like a landlord saying it's not there responsibility to see why you are late on rent. So both times we were lied to and scammed out of money. Let's not forget we tried calling for months and no one would answer or call back.They are scammers and liars and I wouldn't let my worst of enemies get a unit here and I'm sure we aren't the first people they did this to. I have a feeling Ben cause he's the one to deal with the autopay either is trying to pull more than 40$ or 50$ off of people's card or he's cancelling people's autopay so it sits and racks up and he just makes up the highest number he can think of and tells them pay this or lose your stuff and not alot of people want to lose there stuff so of course they pay it and that's how he makes his money. He's a theft and a scam artist and karma comes in all shapes and sizes including mental, health, and emotional and the wrong he has done people it's coming for him hard.

I had a story unit there they got broken to and I lost everything I had if I had not had insurance myself which they formed come through again

Really enjoyed my experience with this company. They have autopay set up which really helped me to not have to remember to make my monthly payments which can be easy to forget sometimes. 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT USE!! SELLS YOUR STUFF WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU!! WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE AND WILL NOT CALL BACK! I LOST 2 UNITS AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR 4 MONTHS! Pos company. New owners robbing people.
