If I can give a 100 stars to this Shell I WILL… I would like to know the guy name that worked on 01/11/2023 at 3:50 am in the morning? Was the best Customer Services that I have received in a while!!!!! Manager should appreciate this kind of employees. Thank you!!!!

Stopped for gas, restrooms and snacks! They didn't disappoint. The restrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly! The coffee was even good! Nice quick stop right off of the interstate.

We stopped here at the sudden service and suddenly was serviced with gas and snacks. They had good restrooms on the inside they had some pretty good snacks and drinks that we partaked so can't go wrong

I come here very often. Almost daily. And I love it here. I used to go to the other one until it got taken over by the new manager. He has ruined it completely. The manager here and her crew always make everyone feel so welcomed.

Sudden service is a she'll gas station located just outside Nashville Tennessee in the city Portland. Me and my buddies are on a Labor Day weekend getaway from Lousiville to Atlanta when stopped in this station to refuel, grab some snacks and use the facilities. Decent sized place that seemed to upkept ok. Had some decent snack options and food options if need be and the bathrooms weren't too terribly nasty. Overall solid little gas station that serves its exact purpose that we needed it to

The coffee was so fresh, which is especially nice when you need a pick me up before work! The staff are so passionate about what they do there and always seem so proud when complimented on their work.
