Management was not the best I come in often either to get drinks or food but the food service sucks I was in earlier and the night shift was complete mess and the day before I came in to get a drink and the people at the counter was really rude the food is always getting messed up and overall I just don’t have time for terrible service and bad food especially with all the new hires that can’t even figure out how to do there job guess management don’t know how to train people

I have tried and tried to make this my favorite gas station! Every single time I go there are issues! Either the pumps I drive up to are covered up and out of order, they never print my receipt and always tell me I have to go in and get it. I had to enter my card information twice today. And the gas pumped extremely slow. It every time I go it is an irritating experience! The higher-ups need to take care of the situations at this gas station!

Worker was not in the cashier for around 3 or 4 minutes waited no one was there he was in the back plus I gave him my money and waited for my change he told me have a good day I just left .

Sorry, I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is about the 6th time I have tried to get gas, drinks, food, etc. IF you can find a pump that is working, because usually at least half are out if order, they don't always take your payments outside. So, I go in to pay, pump gas, ask for a receipt, go see the cashier, no paper to provide a receipt. While inside I will take advantage if the deal on the kiosk advertised while pumping gas, 8 boneless wings for $5. I try to order them and they ring up incorrectly. I told them about the kiosk advertisement. They just looked at me. I wasn't going to pay over what they advertised. I went to look at the hotdogs, there were none, but there was a cardboard ad for the sale I told them about. I took it to the counter to let them know I wasn't wrong, there was proof! Thought bought a drink, but they never heave either ice, or yhe pop machines are down, today it was the pop machines and all slushie machines. I used to come here because they were nice and the prices are good. However, now when I go the people are on their phones and clearly can't maintain the integrity of their posted sales and standards.

This is for everybody else if you order pretzels and ask if you want any toppings say yes otherwise they will not put salt on it. Because in my head and everywhere else you get a pretzel it has salt on it that is not an added topping and they will not replace. 😡

I went in to pickup a DoorDash and was told that they do not do DoorDash that they don’t know why dashers come in there to pickup orders. So I went to the cashier that knows me from coming in as a customer and I asked her “ do yall not do DoorDash anymore and she has me my Order and says you will have to get your Big gulp yourself. I said that is fine. So I got the big gulp and stopped over at the cafe and said very nicely “ yall do however do DoorDash my order was up at the front with the cashier. The short order cook had a specula in his hand and starts pointing it at me and raising his voice saying just go…. Just go and DoorDash. I said I’m not arguing with you I’m just letting yall know and he points that specula again and says go DoorDash and I turned around and this man …. Little short man. He was on my heels pointing at the door yelling get out! It took me a second to realize he was talking to me. I said I need to see a manager and he said hello I am the manager. He had short man syndrome so bad! I know I can not be the only person that has had this experience with this store and the little man with no customer service experience whatsoever!

I came in the other morning. It was a Wednesday morning and the old lady Rhonda. She was so rude to me and every time I go in there she’s always rude. She’s always on her phone and she’s always got a line out the door so I will stop bringing my Service there

Don't waste your time here. The gas pumps never work. It's usually a coin flip on whether they can even take cards or not.Even the food they provide usually isn't fresh. Just go to the BP across the street.

I come all way from Hendersonville TN and while in there the attendant behind the counter said and I quote I can't cash the 100.00 bill I then said well if I get gas that will make it over 60.00 worth and he said nope I don't have it to change I don't understand working in the industry myself. I know that most register have to start with at least 100.00 yeah I also understand that it was change over he may have just been starting his shift but that was the poorest excuse for customer service if I ever seen in my experiences ever in working in the industry I will not ever go back to that store speedway you have lost a customer for life and I will make sure that everyone i know will not go there they need to close it down and start new

Multiple pumps out of order. No paper for receipt at one pump that does work. No ice for Polar Pops just a small white cooler which had turned into water. Employee at table playing game on his phone said nothing when I asked about ice. Left and bought drink at Five Star across the street.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any of the speedways that I went to and I've been to plenty. They have a wide variety of things to choose from and if you have a loyalty card you can get discounts on gas and other things that they sell and earn points towards free gas and free rewards.

I would give zero stars if I could. This location is the worst speedway I have ever been too- fountain drink BIBs are always out, never any CO2 for the drinks too. Countless cooler holes so you can never get what you came in for. Half the pumps are always down too! Ever since 7/11 bought speedway this location has gone down hill

I stopped here 5 times to fill up my truck .4 times I had to go another place because the pumps are always down. I will avoid this place from now on.
