Was trying to take advantage of T-Mobile Tuesday offer and was having issues logging in. The “experts” still didn’t bother to give me the gift. Told them I was running late and I had to go. All the rep said was “ok” He showed he didn’t care.

When you care about what you do, it shows: when you don't care about what you do, it shows. The employees really make this outlet great because they care about what they do and are very personable. The crew now has an excellent work ethic. Keep shining, you are appreciated.

I usually don't give bad reviews but I have to for this Portland store. On my way to Canada we went into the Portland Tennesse store to complete a transaction we wanted to do online, which was to purchased an iPad. At the time we were Tmobile customers for over 5yrs. The Manager Hailey because she wanted the credit for the purchase, offcourse cancel the transaction we started online and did the entire transaction all over. However, because i was waiting and i had a SCREEN PROTECTOR for a new phone I had bought (Samsung Galaxy S22+). I ask a gentleman working inside the store can you put this screen protector, he said yes, he proceeded then damage my screen protector. Hailey the Manager then instructed him to replaced it with a new GEL/LIQUID screen protector NOT telling me oh this is SCREEN PROTECTOR IS PERMANENT. One morning I woke up and noticed cracked on my phone. I made contact with her because I'm now face with a $300 bill to replace the entire screen of my brand new phone. She said she would ask her manager and call us. I never received a single phone call or email not even an apology for damaging my phone. My husband call her and she hang up the phone on him. Is this the type of Manager you guys employ? Horrible Horrible customer service. I was told because we move from Tmobile they wouldn't fix it and we should ask our new carrier to do so.( so Tmobile damage my phone and AT& T should fix it; damn!!!). The fact we were Tmobile customers and still are when tmobile damage my phone you guys are still LIABLE!! I still have a ipad with you guys. After this i am looking to move it. My family that have Tmobile network is also moving. I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere. We got no resolution from Tmobile and this Manager Hailey at the Portland Tennesse location is very rude and disrespectful.

I just received a call from Kiesha at the local store and her manager saying that my mom who lives in Portland and has dementia has been coming into the store and asking for directions and information not related to her phone. they said the is always loosing her phone and needing something and they have been helping her but will call Dept. of Human services if she returns. I was on the phone twice when she was in there so I know she also comes in about phone related issues. My sister went into the store and told them something and now they are calling me and complaining about her coming into the store too often.

The store was great. I had some unique problems because of our situation, and they were very patient and helpful. That applies to both the online representatives who first tried to solve it, and then to the in-person representatives on this Saturday morning. They patiently helped with three phones that will bring-your-own-devices, and stop by me while we fix the situation on all three phones and made test calls. I was pretty happy with them before, but this visit raised my satisfaction again. I do think T-Mobile is trying to not only make money but do so in an ethical way. Hats off to them

I have had nothing but positive things to say about this TMoble location the two ladies there that has served me are very informative and helpful. If I ever start up a business of my own I'll probably be trying to hire these two ladies that work there at TMoble because they are two of the smartest workers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I've had accounts at both Verizon and AT&T and these two ladies and the manager at this TMoble store know who I'm talking about!! Heck even other TMoble stores I think they ask for these ladies to work for them when they need a replacement worker. Nothing but great things to say about this store in Portland Tn Earl Barnes

I came in on 8/13 and I believe it was Kylie who was the only one that was working that evening. There were a few people in the store that needed help and it was near closing time. Kylie stayed later than the store hours required to help me and then help an additional customer. She was a big help and came in clutch. She truly deserves a raise.
