“I called at the beginning of the week looking for options on an older used truck. Jerry (I believe) was the rep who helped. I won’t lie he was very polite on the phone, not even in a salesman way just genuine however after we send over all our information and I tried to call back and waited on hold for a while I have still not been contacted. Now before they say it I’ll go ahead and admit my credit is a hot pile of garbage, my question wasn’t if I could be approved no payments for a year and zero down, I was wanting to see what they could do with the money down we have ($1700) and if that wasn’t enough we could go from there. However they still have not reached out, it’s like they see it’s not a quick sale, minus the down payment so they don’t even bother reaching back out with the bad news you know. Was the man nice on the phone absolutely, is their follow through and respect to at least tell the customer what’s going on, and why, I would say no. If you ask me I would say don’t call not because the options but because how they treat customers who aren’t there in person. Good luck to anyone searching for vehicles, if you do decide to go here I’d just show up, don’t waste time calling. I think if you do show up they will be able to help you get what you want as long as they have what you’re looking for.

Update: They got back with me, it wasn’t for the vehicle I wanted but they let me know why, and what I needed on certain models for a down payment which was reasonable in my opinion. Thank you for reaching back out and letting me know what I needed. Will be calling back in few weeks! Thank you again.”
