Mail carrier basically sucks,apparently didn't watch sesame street growing up as a kid to learn numbers and letters,its not that hard to match up the numbers on the mailbox to your mail that your delivering and receiving

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. I was unfortunate to speak to Stacey the clerk at the post office who from the moment I said “Hello” she was talking to me in a very condescending voice. When I asked to speak to the manager she proceeded to tell me that it was impossible he was unavailable. The entire interaction was genuinely disgusting.

Went up there today to ship some car parts to Arkansas. I had no idea what to do but, Stacy pointed me in the right direction.
She's was kind, professional, she suggestively sold some stamps all while keeping my pocket book in mind.

Our postman lies about my dog terrorizing him. He returned a package to sender due to my dog who had been put up in the garage all day long. Not the first time.

For the past year or so it’s been come and go when getting my water bill. Somemonths I get it others I don’t. I don’t know if it’s a post office thing or what. Also, I don’t really appreciate the way they just throw things. I had brought a package and a worker just threw it into the bin. I mean literally THREW IT. Like three to four feet into the air.

Suppose to receive Monday 15. Package got to Nashville, then was sent to New York, then to New Jersey. Haven't received it yet.

It seems like every mail carrier put on our route decides whether they want to pick up or deliver mail. Even when we have outgoing mail oh well. You can't get anyone on the phone at the post office.

I would leave zero stars if i could. You can't get a person on the phone for any reason. I hope the entire postal system shutsdown. Useless service.
